No. 1,333hp xp = 4xp att/str/def Are you referring to Controlled or the other attack styles? Foccused (which is training on a specifical combat skill, like attack, strength or defence) Controlled gives 1,3333333[to infinity and beyond] on HP,attack,strength,defence.

Cursing splashes with a -68 magic bonus (full metal armour, boots from SoS, green d'hide vambs, earth staff, no amulet). I did this method from 20 to 40 mage on my pure and I allways failed. Used it to get my mage to 55 starting at 46 and it failed. Plus I didn't curse dummies. (only Varrock guards) Not sure about any other spell.
