  1. You have it [wagon] backwards. I would get 85 attack and 85 defense before training strength. Strength is worthless at higher levels, all that matters is that you can take a hit and also hit the enemy constantly. By training strength all you do is increase your max hit. Big deal, it takes like what, 3 levels on average to gain an extra damage for your max hit? Psh. So what if you can hit a 40 and I only hit a 36? Doesn't matter if you hit higher than me if I'm hitting 25% more often than you.
  2. I still have my Dagon Hai robes and Elite Black armor set. Also got a BGS, DFS, Bandos Chest+Tassets. Those are the only high value items I have.
  3. Great........now I'm stuck with one of the most unsellable items in recent RS history
  4. Anyone happen to know what it is?
  5. Third room is the easiest one by far.
  6. I choose you, Pikachu! No but srsly GTFO you troll I bet your slayer level is -1. With ring of wealth I find myself constantly getting anywhere from 1-10 awesome drops a task, which includes Rune, Addy (for alching), and other high valued items. Plus a ton of runes, stackables, and sometimes noted items depending on the monster. Truly, you get an insane amount of fire runes.
  7. Restore potions don't restore agility levels back, only Agility Potions do. Weird huh?
  8. I've been told it's about 1 in 10,000. From all of the Dust Devil slayer tasks I've done I've killed around 3k of them, and got one dragon chainbody from around the 2k kill mark. It takes luck, random luck, and more luck to get one as a drop.
  9. See my sig for why I continually do all of my level 3 clue scrolls (and 1s and 2s when i'm really bored)
  10. Ok awesome, it's settled, I'm not going to go and waste 100 slayer points now
  11. I'm wondering because I currently have them blocked but that was quite some time ago because I only had around 80 attack and I didn't have slayer helm. Now I have 96 attack and with super attack potions I have a feeling they won't take nearly as long to slay as they used. The thing is I don't want to unblock them and find out they take a long time to slay and then have to waste another 100 slayer points to block them again. Anyone help me out on this one?
  12. Wow really?? what does the door do???? and where is...the mithril door... I have found the basement :) thank you! but the coal and magic logs....are not noted...takes too long to take them all. I'll leave them. Ummmm.......no. You are going to go back there and take as many trips as you need so that you loot all the coal and magic logs, which are ~140k of stuff. You will do that...NOW!
  13. Alot of skills take 'no skill', just alot of time, patience and grinding. So, by your definition, runecrafting cape is a noob cape? Most of it is running around to and fro. Yeah. By Sky_Wizard's definition of a "noob cape" the runecrafting cape is the easiest in the game because you don't even have to run around that much anymore. All you do is teleport to the altar and then bank and castlewars. OMGMGMGFMFMGMGMGMGFMMFGMGMGGGGGGGGG RC CAEP IS T3H NUBBBBBY CHUBBBBIEST CAEP EVVVAAARRRR!!?!?!??!?!?!!!!!1111oneoneone See? Anyone can be a moron like you too.
  14. If you're talking about that one room after the electric gate, that's where I'm stumped too. It seems like there's a book on the shelf you can search, a fake coin pile, Movario's notes, and idk what to do. I went through that passageway into the other room and looted all the fire and death runes just because but it doesn't seem like there's anything in that room besides the coal and magic logs. If anyone can give just a little help that would be awesome. I just need to be pushed in the right direction.
  15. Nah definitely not slayer or HP. When you train slayer, you are slowly training 3 to 6 different skills at a time. Slayer+HP+Range Slayer+HP+Magic Slayer+HP+One melee stat, or all 3 if controlled whip Plus a little bit of summoning if you use Bunyip/Tortoise or whatever. RC is ftl as far as xp goes and it would be stupid to put 400k xp towards hp or slayer
  16. I know mine will go towards Runecrafting because I hate training that skill so much and I want all my ToG weekly xp to go towards Hunter (because I also hate that skill too), but Hunter is waaaaay faster xp normally.
  17. Let me tell you how I got from 70 to 80. It cost me a loss of ~4mil I think. I used blues first, then greens, then golds, finishing off with crimsons. Make the best blue pouch you can that doesn't have an expensive secondary ingredient (steel minotaurs?). Trade them all in for shards. Then use the greens and gold rings to make whatever pouch that is (magpies i think?). Trade those back for more shards. Greens aren't good for xp. For golds make barker toads and iirc you'll need 71+ summoning before you can exchange them for shards. But at this point you should already easily have that. Trade the pouches for shards. Crimsons are such a blessing now. Make granite lobsters. Ever since Jagex allowed 2kg and 5kg granite to be chiseled, this is by far the best way to level summoning with your crimson charms. The 500g granite ingredient you need is now 100gp instead of 1.5k. You won't be able to trade these in for more shards until level 78, so make sure you calculate EXACTLY how many shards you'll need until that level, then trade all of them in for shards for the rest of your crimsons. Once you hit 80 you'll have pouches leftover in your bank. Sell them on the GE. These are one of the few pouches that should sell instantly. Edit: USE SPIRIT KYATT+RING OF DUELLING!!!!!!!!! Oh and btw you definitely will hit 80 with the charms you have
  18. My bank tabs: The main one--Top row is all forms of "currency", charms, then crafting moulds/gems, doubles of basic tools such as hammer, chisel, etc. Herblore Tab--All of my 4 dose potions, cleaned herbs, secondary ingredients in one tab. I highly suggest having one of these. Farming Tab--All my farming materials, seeds, in one tab. Magic Tab--All my runes and robes and staves. Range Tab--Rune Xbow, black d'hide, bolts, archer helm, snakeskin boots, Book of Balance. I will be getting full Armadyl to replace the d'hide soon :) Melee Tab--I have all my defenders up through rune, two sets of proselyte armor (one for placeholding), a set of full black (for tormented wraith), my helms, armor, dfs, bgs, etc. all goes in here when I'm not using it. Jewelry Tab--This is where my necklaces, rings, teleport devices, etc. all sit, also got my achievement diary rewards in here too Junk Tab--Got addy javs, rune darts (p), steel arrows, and all my other worthless junk in here for junk trading. Level 3 emote clue scroll tab--Got all that crud in here. And that's my bank!
  19. I cannot believe nobody has pointed out how feasible it could be for a lvl-3 to get an untrimmed slayer cape. All they have to do is not gain any combat levels, get lucky and get lots of genie/classroom random events, but most importantly do the following every week: PENGUIN HUNTING MINIGAME ...and then use all the penguin points ---> Slayer XP
  20. Man I'm just glad I got my Guthix pages when they were 11k-12k each \
  21. Best shield in the game, you can charge it up quickly and have fun pwning ppl in PvP worlds with the dragonbreath attack it has. Super high defense stats ftw. Don't sell it, it's a fun toy to have.
  22. Assist doesn't work.
  23. For me, being one of the first group of people to complete Summer's End and getting to sell the Spirit Shield on the GE for 378k was a great quest reward. As a nub, getting the ability to wield a Dragon Scimitar after Monkey Madness was a great reward. My Arm's herb patch is so worth it for farming expensive herb seeds. RFD was amazing, the Barrows Gloves are by far the best gloves in the game, so worth it. Also, Smoking Kills revolutionized slayer for the better, slayer points ---> Slayer Dart runes are bonus profit.
  24. Hey DDS spec does work, I destroyed the boss of the fight with it when I did this quest. Obliterated the **** out of him so bad, he had 1/4 health left after 4 DDS specs. Pray highest STR/ATK boosting prayer when you are attacking, always use 4 DDS specs on him first. Drink super attack, super strength, super defense potions before battle. After your 4 DDS specs, use Dragon Scimitar to finish him off. Also, wear armor.
  25. It all goes by GE mid-value anyways, if you want the cash for the BGS just make the other person sell all that stuff in the GE and then pay with it in coins.
