Warhammer 40k
You would need to spare a couple hours on a weekend. There's no requirement to play at all, it's a sort of "Anybody up for a game?" sort of deal. And yes, GW miniatures are very overpriced.
-
Space
We should use the blackhole technique to save Cruithne by making it a moon of Uranus.

Warhammer 40k
Here's a topic for it so we can stop cluttering the back room and make arranging it easier. Grim, it'd be cool if you posted the links to the codexes and the rulebook you uploaded, if you don't mind, of course. And if anybody else has a completed 1000 point army list, we could try out a test game on maptool. It's been a while since I played, so I may be a little rusty/slow, but hey.

Dungeoneering Again
Session is on if anybody is around to play. #Dungeons16

The Back Room
For the record, does anybody think it'd be appropriate to make a WH40k thread instead of cluttering the back room?
-
The Back Room
Eldar or space marines. Necrons are broken in a bad way. They're getting a new codex soon, which will *hopefully* make them actually playable.

The Back Room
Hey Grim, just wondering how we're going to handle scatter dice? I'm thinking a good idea would be to roll a d6, and use 1 or 6 as a hit, but if you get a roll of 2-4, you roll a 360 sided dice and use the angle to determine the scatter direction. Almost finished on my army list, as well.

The Final Frontier
Swing and a Miss. Well, looks like that is out of the window.

The Final Frontier
I'll try running it as an administrator. Prefix 500 IP 192.168.0.2
-
The Final Frontier
I'm getting zlich.
-
The Final Frontier
Doesn't looik like I'm getting any more favourable results. Anybody else want to try?
-
The Final Frontier
Whoops, forgot to mention that the prefix is still 500. So prefix 500 IP 192.168.0.2
-
The Final Frontier
I'll give it a try I suppose. 192.168.0.2
-
The Final Frontier
I have a "Not connected to 192.168.1.3" error. Did you guys find a fix for this?
-
The Final Frontier
This looks pretty interesting. But due to the 3 player limit, I'll let you guys test it out and see if it's worthwhile.

The Back Room
I like to use autoREALM to create maps. It provides a very realistic style of land/sea boundry. Also, Griim, I'll work on my Tyranid list. I can't find my old one, so I'll just make a new one. On the bright side, I did manage to dig up about £100 worth of Tau troops, all of which are horribly painted.

Space
That's just part of who my character is.
-
The Back Room
I would. 2000 points is good, although it might be a good idea to play 1000 points until everyone is good to play properly again (I know I'm not) I'm playing tyranids, but I don't have my army list from a while ago and I haven't played in ages. Still, I guess I will completely legally acquire the rulebooks and codex and get to work on an army list.
-
Space
My character hasn't cared for that sort of relationship for a while now.
-
Space
Already on it. As my understanding is, the TD device basically ages everything in a certain radius by millions of years, so it might not be suitable for crops. It might, however, be slightly useful for terraforming and such in the near/far future.

Dungeoneering Again
Indeed. If you don't use /me, your action will get ignored 90% of the time.
-
The Back Room
At that point though, why not just play Warhammer Fantasy/40k over maptool or something. Then again, that could potentially be awesome as it is. I would totally play.
-
The Back Room
Resistance, it could be considered rude to hijack the game like this. Perhaps everyone should just wait to see what Archi says about it.

The Back Room
And I've sort of lose interest in hegemony games as of late.
