Retech, stop trying to beg for support. Fight your own battles, like a man, do not run to your masters, like a mouse. Also, it would not be like a creek. This is hundereds of gallons of water rushing out of hole which is maybe 2x2 metres wide. That is a hell of a lot of pressure, and anything not anchored down would be sucked out with it. So, not only are your numbers reduced, but the ones who are left are dazed. Flooding rooms is a terrible tactic, since people can just do that.

Turbolifts are lifts which go really fast. The Lichtes would not be dazed and unharmed, since unless they had sunction cups for feet, a lot of them would be flushed out with the water. Yes, I know sonic cannons cost 250 credits. There are 3 drones with riot shields and plasma cutters, which get 5/3/2, and the sonic cannoneer gets 3/8/2. The formation means that the sonic cannoneer can't be attacked until the drones with plasma cutters are taken down. They will all fire ranged weaponry until the opposing team gets close, and then they will use plasma cutters. The sonic cannoneer will be using the weapon from behind the others, to shoot at the oncoming lichtes, as well as any lichtes which are armed with ranged weaponry only. Those will be killed first.

Awesome. I disable the barriers, and any of the Lichte who aren't hanging onto a rail or glued to the walls are flushed down the turbolifts, where they hit the ground with splat. My drones move in, using a wall of riot shields at the front and using the +5 sonic cannon to pick off the Lichte from afar.

Archi, may I use one of your orange rooms to remove the barrier holding the water in C deck? It would mean that most of Retechs people would get flushed out by the flow, so I would be free to retake the entirety of deck C, meaning I can provide a buffer to most of your rooms. Retech, you don't seem to know Dusty very well.

Accepted. Ooh, the 3 drones I have at the moment have 5/3/2 then. Awesome. WIth the extra credits I should have got for the last two days I create 1 drone with a sonic cannon and Riot shield. the 3 drones with plasma cutters and 1 with a sonic cannon are being sent to the flooded room. They will not use the airlock, so the water will be drained (Major flaw in Retechs plan). They will then maintain a defensive position at the end of the hallway, with the 3 with riot shields cutting down those that approach and the sonic cannon being used to pick them off from afar.

So Retech basically just offered to do whatever the most powerful player in the game wants him to do. Good luck being Dusty's [Female Dog], Retech :razz: What is the base stats for a drone? is it 0/0/0 or 1/1/0?

Retech, I know that 5 days = 5 months, but you still can't double your people in that time. With humans, it's 9 months and they cannot move during that time. Being able to get an extra 200 people with no drawback and a shorter time than humans is absurd. Fix it. Also, Mather, thanks for the correction, somebody must have accidentily edited your letter onto it.

This is why you wait until all the bugs are spotted and fixed before buying a new OS...

No it doesn't, since your people only take half the normal amount to feed anyway. Being able to double your people in 5 days is utterly absurd. Change it, you would probably be able to double it every 20 days or so, max. I'm not just going to let you get away with stupid numbers because you aren't going to mess with me.

Wait, Retech, what? Being able to double the amount of people you have in 5 days seems a little stupid (See also: Overpowered) Anyways, I create another riot shield and plasma cutter armed drone, set up more turrets on deck C, and feed everyone, and that is all my credits gone. I send 3 drones to guard the entrance of Mathers rooms on floor C. Nobody will be allowed in or out, and the nearby turrets will fire at them as well if they do.

I love how people constantly compare kingdoms to hegemony when, in reality, the systems were SUPPOSED to be completely different, and they were supposed to be two different games. I will actually be attempting to restart kingdoms after christmas, with a total rejig of the rules, so they're easier to understand and use.

Thats a huge waste of drinkable water and power which we may need. Plus, unless we have airlocks between each deck, it's all going to go to the bottom anyway. PS. Floor C is my main floor. I don't want it flooded.

I have no condition, and my compassion for humanity is already basically nil, so I wouldn't have any problem killing either. The problem is that the other person will be wanting to kill you, and I really think everyone who has any plan in case of a zombie apocalypse has made sure that they are a decent marksman. Saying you can beat any average person is on the verge of being arrogant, and could very easily get you killed because you think somebody is average, then they plant three bullets in your leg. It may not kill you, but that "Average person" has just totally killed your chances of surviving.

I don't believe that we have any purpose or reason to exist. We simply are, and shall continue to be until we die, and then we are not. We become as nothing, so to speak. Imagining this, in my eyes, is utterly impossible. I do not believe that anybody is able to imagine the inability to imagine anything. I would dearly wish to believe in reincarnation, but alas, I simply can't.

I'm trying to find a version of the program online which I can get for free which will actually work. I may just end up buying it.

Seems to be some teething trouble with this program, but I'll see if I can fix it.
