Fair enough. We're also immune to radiation :^_^:

I don't think Retechs people being smarter and researching faster really works. Hell, my people are machines. Does that mean I get a +5 year research rate? Just leave the research rates as they are.

Mather you still need to take one of the Urk-Orz suits to look at it, even if you aren't planning on recreating the suit itself. Also, we're no longer using the "X" system, we're going by percentages and PP cost. I assume your fighters would be like this: Weapon Power: 45% Speed: 50% Armor: 0% Shielding: 0% Weapon Range: 5% And whatever your fighter PP cost is. Disregard, Archi just sorted it.

Yeah, I know. If I don't tell you anything, just assume I chose nothing.

Mather, no. Your ships cannot be stronger, smaller and faster and yet cost a lot less. Follow the rules, just like everyone else has.

OH GOD THE DECIMALS THEY BURN. Just change the PP cost, the number of ships you have, and then tell us how many PP you are getting per turn. I added a page to the hegepedia for my Hephaestus Nanohosts. I made sure they werent overpowered, but I still need confirmation from you Archi.

Mather, I've had to edit all of my stuff, and I think everyone else has too. How many PP is each of your jumpers/tel'tac/other ships worth, and how many PP do you have in total? I'm sure if your system doesn't convert so well and you end up with a fleet that is too weak, then we can mess around with it and find a happy medium.

A transport ship is dispatched to take a few of the Urk-Orz suits and study them. I will probably end up using the design on my drones.

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
Hm. Well, at level 30, I'm going to go back to Anglorum and do some mercenary work to make a few dozen gold. I've heard how Heartwood is almost impossible to navigate, so I'll probably go there once to check it out and then leave.

So, are we kind of thinking like the pokemon battle system, with each ship having a set of stats and then primary, secondary, tertiary, utility etc. Weapons? That actually seems like a good idea to me.

What if ships have more than one weapon system or special systems, like my Hephaestus Nanohosts

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
Yeah, I tend to level quickly.

Hmmm.. In World War V, I don't think I ever actually used the Nyx Drones which were on Earth, could I have them back please? Project in Eos is 12/50 complete at the current time I think. This is going to be brilliant when its finished. It's costing me 20t per year and taking 50 years, so it had better be. I'll probably activate it at 42~ years, but it wont be fully powered/complete till the entire thing is active.

You'd need to give it all to me, since you basically have no use for it. I can teach you to store it, but I'm not teaching you any methods of using it. (This is assuming the computers needed to run the generators were still intact, and apparently they weren't)

Retech, unless he also gave you some basic strange matter research, I would REALLY recommend you do not activate the quark fusion generators. And if he did, I'll buy any strange matter you produce.

Zombie Plans-Revised
Survival is paramount to all else. There will always be a source of joy, whether or not it stems from human contact. I'm basically an introvert anyway, and I can live with guilt as well. I'm surprisingly numb in real life already, so yeah. As long as somebody is useful, they can be my friend.

Then you might as well use defensive structures. A ship without a warp drive isn't too useful. And multi-layered armour is going to add more tonnage than shields would.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Retech, without warp engines or shields your ships will die very quickly.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Not really, since that would essentially be generating production. You can take it apart for the materials, yeah, but the PP itself, I wouldn't think so.

A quick google search turned up no software to be used for designing ships. At least I tried <_<

I like the module idea, but how would we create the ships? Like a floor plan?

Cataclysm are heavy, Hyperion is Super heavy, Hethaestus is a unique ship which carries swarms of utility nanites. It's worth 11,000 points, and carries a modifier for the rest of its fleet.

The Caravel design is noted, documented and stored, and then the caravels are dismantled for more matter to use. Battleship production is in full scale again. Currently producing 7 Cataclysm ships, 1 Hyperion ship and 2 Hephaestus class ships per year. The ships will stay there until I decide how many ships my fleets will consist of. I am going to take over the quark fusion and strange matter research in Archi's place (I'd much appreciate if you still helped me with this in PM, since, although I understand physics better than a normal person of my age, this strange matter stuff is waaay beyond me). Eos is still locked down, and anything nearby will be blown up. Nanites are being developed for other tasks now, ETA is 10 years. For the record, I have 20 Styx Platforms in Sega-Res, in free orbits around the star itself, and 2500 Helios orbs surrounding each Orojike, Zypherius and Brittanniae. Eos has 15 Styx platforms, and 3000 Helios orbs around its main planet (Which I do not know the name of) I have 160 Harvesters, 150 transports, and 130 Chronos harvesters (The ones which eat everything). I have 41 production stations, 5 of which are in Eos. All of my Chronos are in Sega-Res, the harvesters location can stay undocumented, as they move around too much, and the transports are basically flying between Sega-Res and Eos. There we go, lotsa details.

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
I'm getting surprisingly into this game, and I think it fills a gap in the MMO market. Given a few years and a lot of hard work, this could become really popular. For the record, I'm a level 27 knight at the moment. I went berserker because I luff two handed swords. I also joined the Greek Fire mercenary clan, and have made a few gold from doing that a bit, but I've mostly been training in Europe (Which desperately needs a new shard) I'll admit not being able to remap keys is annoying, and the main cities, Camelot and Bremen, lag so damn much, as well as the many bugs being found (The player eating bridge in Camelot, getting fused to lamposts, that sort of thing) and the classes need a little rebalancing, but then again, thats what the beta is for. I'd also like to see noncombat skills soon.

Mather, we already agreed that we would not be using stargates. Now for the last time, give up.
