I think it looks pretty good, though I am kind of worried that the atmosphere will be worse than in the previous games. They all had a really lonely feel to them, and now they're bringing in more support characters and such.
  2. The F in the achronym stands for furry. It's proclaiming itself as furry, so I'd say it's pretty furry. I have nothing against furries, but it's not something I'm into, and that comic has gone way past the line of what I'm willing to accept.
  3. I'm here, gotta go eat in half an hour, but that wont take too long.
  4. Nah, it's WoW humour, but now that you mention it, it pretty much fits MH3 exactly. Replace two words and you have an MH3 comic.
  5. A bit too furry for my tastes (And by "A bit" I mean "A lot") I like Awkward Zombie. It's a little fangirl-ish, but some of the strips are really funny. http://www.awkwardzombie.com/comic1.php THIS IS HOW YOU DO A VIDEOGAME WEBCOMIC. TIM BUCKLEY, START TAKING NOTES SO YOU CAN IMPROVE THAT CTRL-ALT-DELETE ABOMINATION THAT YOU CALL A LEGITIMATE COMIC. [hide] [/hide] [hide][/hide]

Stalker. You can tell from the bloodsuckers. I think he may have mixed some fallout elements in too.
  7. Ares decides to camp on a ledge for the night (Gotta go)
  8. Ares stares at the headless person he could have sworn was just talking for several minutes, before continuing to climb.
  9. Hey, I'm getting a new computer soon as well. Pretty high end, in celebration of GCSE results.
  10. The guy kicked me into a wall, how do you think I was going to react? Ares gets up, dusts himself off, then heads back to the empire state building, climbing up it and keeping an eye out for any airborn threats. He recalls his playing cards before he does this.
  11. Ares takes a card between each finger, throwing the four in his left hand at the man, making them go in twisted directions so they're harder to dodge. Once they get behind the man, whether through him or by dodging, he pulls them back to his hand, through the man if possible. He takes a single card in his right hand and uses it to block any attacks used against him.
  12. Ares runs back to the manhole, jumping down, aiming his feet at the wingless bat and throwing cards to pin the rider to the ground.
  13. Ares rolls forward to dodge the dive attack, before taking two cards and throwing them at the bat's wings, and using a small wall of cards to block any projectiles which might be used against him.
  14. Ares climbs the ruins of the empire state building, looking around for any signs of life at all.
  15. Ares looks for a nearby building to climb, to get a better view of his surroundings.
  16. Ares looks around for any recent signs of activity. He stays low, to avoid being seen by anyone who may be watching.
  17. Ares looks around for a second, scanning the surface.
  18. Ares prods Ley with his foot. If she doesn't wake up, he props her head up using a random piece of wood/brick to stop her drowning, before climbing the ladder and going to the surface.
  19. "That is very kind of you, good sir. Being a human, I'm not exactly adapted for sewer life, and in all honesty, I don't think I'll ever be able to smell anything again." "I'll be sure to come visit, provided I can find a nosepeg or ten." Ares then follows the instructions to get to the surface.

Just build a heckton of traps everywhere. EDIT: Entrance hall is FULL of miasma. Lucky all my dwarves are fairly happy as it is or I'd have a tantrum spiral on my hands.
  21. "That's interesting. So anyway, I woke up down here a while ago, and I'm in the process of looking for somebody. Don't suppose you saw a man in black running around? Looked really evil, in a really cliche way. Have you seen such a person?" "Ah yes, and you don't perhaps have some kind of map, do you? I'm hopeless with directions and will in all likelihood get lost down here otherwise."

Funny thing is, both of his hands were broken. I didn't notice, now he's in hospital. This dwarf is brilliant. He continued beating an elf to death with an artifact Star Ruby axe even with two broken hands. He's so going to be the captain of the new squad.
  23. "Er... Sure, why not. I honestly had no idea sewer wyrms could talk." Ares stays his hand upon the deck of cards, just in case.
  24. "Huh. That's interesting. I don't suppose you'd be interested in angrily shaking your fist at me while I quietly leave, would you? Do you even have fists? No? *Sigh*" Ares jumps backwards and starts throwing a flurry of cards the wyrms mouthparts, while retreating away from it.

Man, elves can be pretty tough. I should stop underestimating them. That said, dwarves can be tougher, and far more cruel. My axelord literally tore an elves arms off, then started hitting him in the feet until he died of blood loss (Which took a surprising amount of time...)
