Hmm, when people suggest alching, this brings in for the most part less money then it takes away especcialy no a days. If I remember correctly the price you could sell an item to the general store was it's high alchemy price, so this would've saved you ~400gp.

Hmm, good point, but that's alot of high alchemy's which i'm sure were quite expensive, 300gp a cast.

Look around, everywhere you look in Runescape you see money or items worth millions of gp. Now think about it, "Where did all this money come from originally?". Was it a culmination of trillions of gp drops from monsters, or whas it thousands of people selling things to stores? Going back to the beginning of Runescape, It must have been very interesting to be their on the first day of Runescape as their was no other money in the game other than the standard 25gp in you bank. Just thought this was interesting, Post you thoughts.

Tried fight caves 9 times in the last 2 days, no luck. Everytime I got to jad, and everytime I couldnt get the healers to stop healing, I attacked them, killed them, ran under, jad...nothing worked

The healers still heal jad even when they're on me, what do i do?

I have 85 def, but what do I do just attack them or kill them?

I didn't kill any of the healers, but your saying that if the four original healers get him past half hp, then i get him back down to half hp then even more can spawn? So I could end up having 8 healers?

Today, I decided to do fight caves, It was all running smoothly, got to jad, and got all 4 healers on me without a hitch, BUT, after about 5 minutes of attacking jad with the healers on me, I noticed jad was still being healed...can anyone explain this? or is it just a glitch?

His example isn't a table of dropped item value (your opponent losing 10m guarantees you a drop of at least 10m). It probably is that if your opponent loses 10m-25m then you probably get a drop from the "high" table, which inclues a variety of gear. This would make it incredibly risky to RWT by losing BGS's, as the killer might end up with a dragon spear. Yea exactly what I meant, the drops would still be randomized so it would be risky as hell to try and rwt.

Jagex should make it something like lsp. If your opponent loses 200k, you would get 200k worth of dp. If your oppenent loses 15m, you would get 15m of dp. Then they could adjust their drop tables to be something like 75k-500k 500k-2m 2m-5m 5m-10m 10m-25m so and so for forth. The drops would still be randomized so you couldn't rwt. But if they could somehow do this, I think it would work well.

To be successful in a merch clan you need to have at least 100m, and must not care to risk all of it. I wouldn't join one tbh considering with 100m invested you'd earn on average 20-30m a week, which can be made through gwd atm in a shorter time. Also most people in merch clans are looked down upon. But if you do decide to join one, don't join chessy or any other big named ones, they just use their members for their own personal gain.

+1, I mean games are meant to be fun, and tbh I don't like having to work for months on my account just to get to the point where I can start to have fun, the sole purpose of video games is to entertain, not become a second job. -.-

Tbh the rs1 community is going downhill alot of those so called "faithful" players that still play rs1 just bot to max, stupid imo, you don't really find any more of those hardworking rs1 players like you did in the glory days.

I can see where you are coming from, decent estimates. But the fact is we will never know how much net worth is in runescape to be exact. They're just to many idle accounts that could hold various ammounts of money. For instance I know for a fact that after the wilderness and staking were taken away, especially the stakers, quit and left behind ALOT of net worth that now just sits in these idle accounts.

I would laugh so damn hard if they did that. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: That kind of reminds me of a few demo's i've played for various games on consoles.

Seeing as they've hinted at highly anticipated items such as the dragon plate on April fools day, and considering they've recently told us that a dragon pick will be released fairly shortly, I think it will have to do something with the dragon pick. Seems hard to think of something for it but know jagex they''ll pull it off. ;)

It's just random sometimes when you don't get one. I've had one recently where I didn't get a lamp option, and I have 1991 total. ~Dan Don't know the exact randoms but If I remember correctly the kb says that on certain "high level" randoms give xp lamps. If you notice that different kinds of randoms also give different rewards.
