you can blame it on the trolls in this forum. I'm giving an honest rate. and they troll me because they think all I care about is mining. I gave it a 7/10 because though it might be a large sum of money, anyone with a lvl 3 clue could get one. luck is luck. just because someone gets a 3a item and another gets something lame doesn't mean the person with the 3a is better than the other

nice stats. well balanced, 9/10 nice total, 9/10 ok bank, mostly junk but there is a Santa hat :) so 8/10 overall, 9/10, nice

Same here brother! Also I'm level 1 Hunter with 0 xp, lets see how many members can say that haha. well...my hunter levels cape from lamps :P never trained it. same with farming (though i did get like 5 exp from the seers easy diary)

theres nothing wrong with buying skills. infact, thats the easiest and most efficient way to get 99. but "buying skills" has become synonomous (sp?) with "buying a 99" meaning it is general belief that most people who buy skills buy the easy/cheap ones (fm/fletch/cook) just because they want a 99 cape on their back. and that is mostly true. and thats what we look down on; not the fact the people spend money to get 99, but the fact that they put down very little on a "throwaway" skill because they want a 99 cape to "show off"

GJ 99 WC, its a nice 99 to have. i couldnt sit there for hours on end waiting for the tree to fall or my inventory to get full...it just isnt engaging enough :P gl on your future goals

It should be determined by mining level. i never said that. you know, what if a lucky lvl 40 range pure got his first lvl 3 clue, did it, and got double 3a plate body. and you did 20 lvl 3 clues in a week and best reward was guthix full helm and total worth of all 20 clues together was a measly 3m. how would you feel then? (not saying i did 20 clues and best reward was guthix helm, but you get the point). id give a higher rate to someone who rc'ed their way to 74M over someone who did a clue for it. and you cant get wealth determined by mining level because mining doesnt make enough money (unless youre maur which in that case you make 100M for 99 pray)

6/10 for 99 fm 8/10 for 99 mage 10/10 for 2100 total 10/10 for bank 9/10 for stats (your non combat 99s are....ehhh, and your non combats for a maxed out combat account are OK) but your total level (and your 81 rc ) make up for it overall, 9/10 nice
