steel bars would be your fastest option rite now counting the time it takes to lvl up

ss is only good for str training, and i wouldn't recommend either ss or dfs at your level, plus you still need 75 def for dfs

60-70 is painstakingly slow 70-75 is slow 75-80 is ok 80-85 is good 85-90 is awsome 90+ is pwnage

dude use the once in the chaos tunnel, it is sorta tricky to get there but there are no revs and way less peeps, there is a guide in the achive of wisdom section about it but i can't find it... soz

ok firstly fist of guthix is completely useless in my opinion beacuse there are so many noob hiders and you have to literally beg them to come out, it isn't worth it secondly the explorer ring only gives 30 charges of low alch a day. I'm not sure if it gives mage xp or not but if you are training mage by doing 30 low alchs a day then you are basically screwed if your mage lvl is low and u have low def and not much money for food i recommend cursing the caged monk in varrock palace with full metal armour on, it is extremly boring but it is good xp and it is not so expensive if your mage lvl is fair and u have 55+ def at least then i recommend fire striking lessers, these gives awsome xp however they can max 8 if you are not good with safe spots, these also give good drops, although this method is expensive compared to the cursing method and lobsters cost a lot if you can't fish them

slayer is a good way, but it is a bit of a hassle sometimes

can u gimme ur def stats and how much money u have?

if he's going to fish the salmons and trouts his going to have a hard time training cooking if his f2p, if your p2p its easier but it is a lot longer then if you buy ur food, i'd say around 60-80% longer

depends, teams with just 3-5 peeps usually want 90+ though, 85+ is good for teams with 5+ peeps

soloing and double:CastleWars3 got it completly right, although if wouldn't hurt if you are a few lvls below, but i should add that i recommend 65+ pray for bandos and 70+ pray for kaphite queen and dk, and 80+ def would be perfered in all the situations, and i strongly recommend u go with at least one person at kaphite and 4 more person at dk at least, and even teaming with just one other person i would still recommend these skills group:dk, if you have like 3 110+s then 85+ in everything is ok, although 85+ would b better, with 70+ pray kaphite, with 3 110+s 80+ in everything, with 70+ pray bandos, depends on what your team is, i've had lvl 80s on my bandos team, although those are giants teams. if you are just going with 3-5 100+s then 75+ in everything would be good and 80+ would b great, with 65+ pray and 70+ perfered

its a matter of personal opinion i'd say if you don't have all that much money then your wasting, however if your rich in the real world then what the heck, spend all you want, its is a bit easier to train in membs even if your lvl 5, and you'll b helping the frigging economy. i'm still looking for a job to pay for my membership :cry: :oops:

u should've seen what the ores did back in june, mith ores jumped the most, 50gp i think, from 250 smething to round 300, and then it dropped bout 100gp to round 200gp per ore, and the price never recovererd, its never risen above 200gp in the last month or so i think same thing happened to gs when lending came out

its total random, i tried to sell 5 drag boots once and 4 of them sold like within a hour the last one took about a day -.- u have to have patience with ge merching, i think it takes 4 hours now to sell smething u brought at ge

mining 500g granite is good money and xp

1-20, nooby stuff like chicken, meat, or shrimps/crayfish 20-40, sardines, herrings, once you get to uper 30s do trouts keep doing trouts till 50s once you get to 50s you can choose between trouts and salmons, which ever you like once you get to 70s do trouts or salmons or lobsters if u can afford them I'm not sure what you should do past 80s, i trained my cooking sparadically once i got to 70 so ask someone with a cooking skill cape :D

there are two chambers of spidies i use, one is the chamber rite next to the enterance in sos lvl 3, the other is a bit farther out, but there is more spidies and less peeps, take the north passage out of the first chamber, go north and then east till u see a little room shaped sorta like a football with lots of yellow dots in it. this room is a bit farther but it is better xp

50+ for mossies anyway minotaur is the best my new range tanker camped there for 2 days now and his already range 38 :thumbsup:
