  2. Mmmmmmmmmm tasty. <3 Only zmi'd the last 13k xp because I was too lazy to wait another 2 days of joat. :P
  3. Somehow I can see this being used for scams down the line. Gonna be fun to see people who fall for it. :) "THE CLAWS WERE RIGHT THERE, THEN THEY WERE GONE!@@"
  4. Just how I roll. Mining next, maybe construction.

So much win right here. :D
  6. And so it begins again . . . Keyed some dungeons which I forgot to get pics of, but they were 16-21 mins keying with my level 97 account. Feels good man.
  7. First bandos trip in forever... DAMMIT BANDOS! My duo partner also got a left half. ;-;
  8. Corp isn't very good unless you have a lot of lsp already. I'd say do frosts and bandos while questing. Get a friend with overloads to tank for you at bandos and just duo ffa, it's not amazing cash but there is definitly money to be made there.
  9. Suomi first to 5b xp? That's cute.
  10. Another Nuke for the JAGEXEROUS! Anyway, sounds good to me. :)
  11. I'm just finishing the third Hunger Games book, and they really are impossible to put down. I have it out on my desk at school and read it between notes. XD They really are some of my favourite books in a while, going to be sad when I finish the third book later today. :(
  12. I'm bored and in the middle of class, what better way to have fun than to stalk blogs! I started reading the first post and was quite confused because it gave me the impression you maxed in under a year. XD Then I saw it was posted in 2008. :P GO GO GO 200m DG xps. :D Then you'll just have 24 200ms left. :)
  13. I'm just going to do a list of things I can think of off the top of my head, you may or may not know them. - Zaros GWD (Ancient Prison) - Free trade - Ritual of the Mahjarrat (Sequel to While Guthix Sleeps, adding a new Barrows Brother) - Number of other quests such as Salt in the Wound, Firemaker's Curse, A Piercing Note (first fully voiced quest), Branches of Darkmeyer, Deadliest Catch, King of the Dwarves, A Clockwork Syringe, Elemental Workshop 4, Prisoner of Glouphrie - Prayer renewals (Regain a certain amount of prayer points over 5 minutes), as well as fellstalk herbs (level 91 farming) Prayer points also match LP (x10) - Polypore Dungeon (Ganodermic armour and polypore staff) - As you've seen, a lot of items have shifted in price - Watch out for any trust trade games such as the flower game - F2P players taken off the highscores - Refer a friend to membership to get 10% bonus xp for a week - Membership Loyalty Programme (the longer you are a member, the more points, which can be redeemed for in game items and emotes) - Dominion Tower (A place to refight any quest bosses you have fought before, 110+ combat) which gives access to new items like goliath gloves and dreadnips - Bot Nuke (Far less bots, but they are coming back) - Clan Citadels - Revamped minigames, such as Temple Trekking - Jadinko Lair (The Living Rock Cavern of firemaking and woodcutting, with mutated jadinkos for slayer. Mutated jadinkos drop whip vines which can be attatched to a whip for small bonuses and special attack change) - Lava Flow Mine (An extremely afk, but slow form of mining requiring completion of King of the Dwarves. Can get golden mining outfit which gives 2.5% more mining xp when worn) - Changes to items kept on death, you can choose what you want to keep if not in the wildy, and will always keep certain items - Money pouch, all your money can be stored there automatically to save bankspace and will never be lost on death - Livid Farm (A way to train farming, magic and construction, but mostly just the first two. Gives access to more lunar spells) - Capes of distinction (Max cape for 99 in every skill, completionist cape for 99 in everything as well as 120 dungeoneering and other side things, Trimmed completionist cape) - Artisan's Workshop (New area to train smithing, with both high xp rates and afk methods) - Dragon defenders/Warriors guild update - Damage soaking update (Higher end armour soaks damage, like elysian divine spirit shields, but not quite the same) And that's basically the last year and a bit, ended up looking through the old game updates since I'm quite bored right now.
  14. 1. Fire Cape 2. At 73 prayer you gain 252 prayer points per dose, 1008 per potion and as far as I can remember a holy wrench adds an additional 20 or so prayer points per dose. You can work it out that it's really not worth the space for normal slayer, especially since prayer potions aren't too exspensive. 3. I (think) the max amount of ranks you can gain per hour is 12, but I may be wrong. 4. I would definitly say stick to rapier for black demons, but since I haven't tested it myself I am not sure how effective it is at waterfiends. What I have heard, but not tested, is that at maxed combats plus extremes it can be comparable/better than a chaotic maul. Sorry I couldn't be anymore specific, but hope it helps.
  15. [spoiler=Quotes] Yeah, you just need to find a way too rare Soulgazer and get the just as rare hexhunter drop without some @#% sniping it. <_< Congratulations none the less. 99 Slayer is an awesome achievement. Gazers arent even rare if you do enough floors. Depends how you define "rare", I've personally done 4m xp 0 prestige keying since 120 and I've seen 1 gazer and about 6 edimmu and I've being keying mostly high warpeds. I got my hex from my third ever gazer, must be past 25 gazers now without seeing a second hex. Even doing a lot of warps since 120, almost all 0 prestige I've probably seen less than 4 gazers since 120, which is about 10m xp mostly suicide 0 prestige.
  16. Le pic of me and my teddy bear, Brownie. I always scape with him. <3 17 years old and I still sleep with a teddy bear, like a baws.
  17. The only real way to get a 99. Mid dungeon. #17 Got 97-99 all today because I was bored and wanted to afk at artisan's workshop. :)
  18. The way you move is just crazy, wish I had talent like that. XD Keep it up! :D
  19. Ohhhh this is very good to know, it will make Nomad quite easy for my friend then, or easier than it used to be. This should probably make meleeing pretty good then. Going to try using magic right now for some luls. EDIT: I just maged nomad with ganodermic and polypore staff, I ripped through him. Used 3 brews total and 3 super restores. I'm assuming it would be better to melee still, but it was quite fun and most of the brews used were safing.
  20. Hmm I might go test Ganodermic later, though it's probably not a very good comparison, but at the least it could tell me if it's an utter fail or not. Might see what the hits are like in d hide vs gano/void as well.
  21. My friend can't use storm of armadyl (of course), but polypore could be interesting to use. Is it really that good with Ganodermic? And I was also under the impression that Nomad's attacks didn't specifically have attack styles, so wouldn't Ganodermic not be that good? I also might suggest that they get void, even if they don't use it for Nomad as it is good in the long run. I take it that melee would be possible at their level then?
  22. Posting another topic on behalf of a friend as they want to try and beat nomad at 110 combat. Their exact stats are 82 att/str, 81 def, 78 range, 81 hp, 71 prayer and 58 summoning. I was wondering if it would be possible to beat nomad with these stats, and if so, what would be the set up they would use. I have looked at a few guides, mostly saying void range, but my friend's range level isn't too high, and they don't have access to void, but they do have a chaotic rapier. Would it be best to get void, get higher range, or both? Or just skip both those and melee if it's possible. Maybe getting a chaotic crossbow and 80 range would be good enough? I'm not sure how much they like pc so it would be somewhat of a last resort. Thanks for the help. :) EDIT: 78 magic as well.
  23. So today is like the best day ever. I've had that offer in almost since free trade came out, got the two swords from tds and figured, why not. F YEAAAAAAAAA
  24. My friend doesn't have max str gear or void, they only have gear like guthan's, prossy and rapier. Would azs be viable with other gear at that low combat? Or is there something they'd be better off with? They've done a lot of quests, but not darkness of hallowvale, mostly due to combat level and the skills required. So far it sounds like azs are the best, and bandits aren't even really to be considered. Anyone know the xp/h at azs and monkey skeletons at these levels without max gear, or a rough estimate?
  25. My friend is trying to get 110 combat for dominion tower, and currently they're 107 with 80 att/str/def and 81 hp. They do not like cb a lot, so I'm trying to find a lot of different methods for how they could train and hoping that they find one they like, or atleast consider bearable. They only need to get to 82 att/str/def, so what I'm asking for is some good, high xp/h methods for training melee. I'm open to any suggestions, I know about things like bandits, monkey guards, azs and slayer. I just don't know the xp/h for any of these and good set ups for them at these levels, since my friend does not have high summoning (53). I've looked for a few guides, but a lot are out of date or not any good for the level group I'm looking. Post any good xp/h methods you know of and what the xp/h is, also a set up or guide if you know of any for it. They don't have a ton of money to work with, but do have some and do own guthan's. Thanks for any replies and if there's anything I left out that you'd like to know just ask. :)
