So I tried my first crossfit style workout tonight. Definitely interested in the style as it changes things up a bit and offers a challenge. Only issue is that I was doing it with a group and breaks were a bit longer than timed so it wasn't the best timed workout.

Well that's pretty obvious. You're American yourself, so it's extremely hard for you to understand and/or admit that things like that happen day to day. Americans really hate when anything negative is said about their country. Why do you think, till this day, so many people think America won in Vietnam, and that the war there was at all justified? Vietnam point true. I think the black American point isn't so much. There are literally millions living in America and I'm sure that a large portion could count positive experiences with police, or at least not getting shot.

Well this isn't a case of corruption, it's a matter of them being extremely lazy. And truth be told, police all over the world are corrupt. I don't think you'll get a police force anywhere in the world that isn't. I believe aside from a few internal issues the RCMP have a relatively good record in regards to corruption and the like.

@RPG if you follow BD on his blog he frequently mentions that at some point he may move in with a woman and have a 'married' lifestyle in that way. He says he will never promise monogamy, but says that he will do this with an open relationship so he can still be have time with others and its within the rules of the relationship. On the same note though I believe that it takes a certain type of person(ality) to live the lifestyle as BD describes and without a partner in the traditional sense. Lots of people in this world are unable to live that kind of relationship because of the loneliness, perceived or actual, that comes from not living with a permanent partner/having constant companionship. Therefore I believe, with BD at the least and presuming those that follow him develop a similar behaviour or personality to some extent, would be so driven or having a good time still at that point of life that it would be a non factor. Let alone any kids you may have that can be relied on to visit once per year or more.

Oh, in that case make sure to play with it often in the first few days. Also, should probably try to get a vet appointment if you haven't, or the kitten hasn't, already just to make sure it hasn't picked up anything and gets the shots if you can.Otherwise be wary of anything left on the floor like clothes or whatever, because while it will catch onto the whole kitty litter thing if it is used to being outside any relatively soft material it feels it can bury with, or a corner that is hard to see, is a prime washroom spot. When bringing a cat into your house it's better to only give them access to one room in the beginning anyway. Having to adjust to one room is a lot less stressful than an entire house and all the people in it. If you can, buy cat trees, toys, or things that can hang off door knobs, etc. so the kitten has stimulating items while your gone. The big thing is to give it actual play time when you're around. I find even if I can only squeeze in a half hour of play time with my cats it makes a big difference in them (and by play time I mean I can work them up to the point where they are tired and panting). As for it being an indoor only cat, that's really the best thing for a cat. Better for the health and lifespan of the cat and much better for the environment since cats are such invasive species. As for the litter box, you can put him in after he eats and whenever you notice him wake up. Plus if he does have an 'accident' if you can move any of it into the box that will help them associate the litter box with their waste (a lot easier if their first accident is a solid obviously). To add on as a small note, even with a very young kitten show it where the food, water, and litter box is when you first get it home. Presuming from a breeder/shelter or whatever it probably knows what a litter box is already from there, so knowing where to find it is a good thing. Don't just assume it will know right off.

Granted, now all you do in life is play Runescape, due to this you stop eating and performing bodily functions and quickly die from septic shock/dehydration. I wish that that all wishes didn't end so cruelly.
