All my fortunes/spectacles are still active at the moment, dunno what could have triggered yours to go inactive :(

Voyages seem to be going much more easily in the Scythe for now, sent out three ships earlier with 100% success for all of them, and just sent out another three ships each with 100% success again.

Probably going to use the third for Arc/Skull voyages to get resources for the Workshop/Lodgings until I can get better crew to throw on it.

I did see someone with a trimmed comp cape at the port earlier today, and he claimed it wasn't due to a keepsake box. Not entirely sure.

Probably more Christmasy to trade with other people you've never met before than to boost with a friend for 3 minutes.

I pictured you talking like Jerry Seinfeld when reading this post :D Me too. Also, I'm pretty sure the black market guy is restocking twice a day now. Just me I guess? HLF found that the bottom three effects (Lifeboat, Spectacles, Fortune) seem to be permanent additions to a ship, while the previous four effects are expended after one voyage. These three work with each other but you can't stack multiple copies of each (e.g. 2x fortune) so it seems like it's intended. I've been saving all this slate for the office upgrade, but I must say it's now very tempting to do a Partner and upgrade the bar instead :s

Distance is distance though, even if you fail a voyage you're going to get the full distance from it, so if you want to squeeze more voyages in you're going to go after the speed upgrades.

It's capped at a 25% duration reduction, but it'd be nice to know the breaking point for each type of voyage where you hit the reduction limit.
