  1. Single-Way Wilderness Basic Ability "Toggle between using single-way and multi-way combat while in the wilderness. Changing this setting takes 10 seconds and will be interrupted if you perform any actions or are attacked while changing. This setting is retained across death and log-out." Maybe take some time to know what you're talking about before throwing a temper tantrum. Safe FFA Clan Wars portal is not in the wilderness.
  2. Yeah, RSWiki said they were uncommon, so I went to kill some wizards. 7 wands and 6 books later, I'm questioning the accuracy of that statement, along with the fact that they don't buy instantly in the GE for 50k.
  3. The chance is only supposed to occur for every 10th ticket, though, so maybe that's why?

  5. So, has anyone figured out where wizard gloves come from? Killed tons of wizards but only got the wands and books. Hopefully not a clue scroll reward?

  7. Cheefoo is correct. The more pieces of wrong armour you wear, the greater the accuracy penalty. To give an example of using a melee weapon, three pieces of mage armour will cut your accuracy by 24%, and three pieces of range armour will cut it by a staggerin 45%.

  9. Just went to F60 Med to try out the tougher bosses. Got Kalger at level 198, which implies 990 attack and 990 defense. Good stuff. Then I proceeded to hit him almost every attack I made, and the poor guy didn't even hit above 500 on me ever. When he picked up the longsword I decided to use the combo attack Assault, and the first swipe sent him flying over the lava to pick up the staff. I teled back home to loadout my ranged setup, and when I got back, he had flown back over to get the 2h. lol. Whole kill took like a minute-ish? Didn't need to eat at all. EDIT: Oh yeah, they removed the ability to use Surge in dungeons. And I was just enjoying dashing across rooms from door to door instantly ...
  10. What the acutal [bleep] l0l. Guessing they just dumped a ton of defense levels on him to simulate his armour rating :P
  11. This occurs if you leave combat while going into an interface or another form of busy action (such as NPC conversation, opening a door in Dungeoneering, or teleporting, to name a few). Normally, your character takes a while to transition from being in combat to out of combat, and when this transition occurs normally, adrenaline drains slowly, step by step, after you leave combat. However, if this transition occurs during any of the actions mentioned, then you'll get a sudden full drop to zero adrenaline. You can avoid this by waiting until your character leaves combat normally and his adrenaline starts slowly decreasing. Rather annoying, of course.
  12. Wow. Uhh. This thread doesn't get a lot of love like it used to, does it. TNPW describe the origin of sees_all1's signature, or at least make a wild guess to as to why it is the way it is.

  16. I guess you could say this Dagannoth task was a blast.
  17. In the beta you could find both Karil's pistol crossbow and Karil's offhand pistol crossbow in quickchat. Chances are that the main hand version probably exists as an alternative to the Armadyl crossbow (though it's likely to be untradeable too).
  18. Interesting, I couldn't find that in quickchat on update day so I assumed they scrapped it. Good to know it actually made it to the game.
  19. I've got 3 offhand black claws but those were converted in the change. No idea if the monsters that drop black weapons drop the equivalent offhand. Kinda OT, sold 10 offhand white claws for 850k. Yum.
  20. Global ability cooldown is 3 ticks (1.8s), not 1s :P This effectively allows you to use your lowest levelled basic (Slice, Piercing Shot, Wrack) every other turn to farm adrenaline.
  21. Supposedly, cannons have no impact on who did the most damage, so it just makes kills faster for everyone. They should allow "communal" cannons to be set up at slayer hotspots where anyone can throw in some cannonballs to help everyone else :P
