So you got to 85+ all skills without ever grinding? Do tell your secrets please :rolleyes: No one asked you or is forcing you to grind for it. If you want the best cape, stat-wise, in the game, then decide for yourself if you want to grind for it. Or hey, maybe do the same secret non-grind that got you to level 85+!

Exactly. I'm level 138, 99 prayer and herblore but because I dont have 650 MILLLION gp to fling at the best armour in the game I'm expected to sit it out... Wow, real incentive to play there... Similar to Nex, in that sense. You needed not only the high skill levels to have a yak carting brews while you're laden with overloads, but you also needed a very high initial capital (Sigil shields etc) to be able to reach optimality with Nex. Similarly, this new boss builds on the requirements laid down for Nex, expecting you to make use of Nex's drops to reach a similar level of optimality here, just as you had to make use of CB and GWD drops against Nex. Granted, the timeframe of only a year between Nex and this new minigame is much shorter than that of Nex and the Corporeal Beast, but nonetheless Nex armour has become more commonplace now (Virtus is really only 200M for the whole set, which is pretty relative to Bandos in early post-GWD given inflation and whatnot). If all else fails, wait for the LP update for the rest of the armour sets.

Depends on which Thok the lore is referring to now, I guess. Initially when I saw the tutor, I roughly thought, Oh it's Thok's daughter, named after Bryll. But this does open up ... various ... weird things (like Thok has a daughter? Who'd have guessed? :-k ) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
