They've made the DK lair accessible by a single player. Gonna be a combat update next week that changes DKs around a bit. I think they're upping the damage considerably, but making the correct prayer block 95% of that damage. Might be wrong about the combat change, but that's the last thing I read about it.

In 2010 chaotics could definitely degrade faster than the 10 hour time if you were in a heavily multicombat area, such as CT dagannoth.

If you take three hits in one tick, will you lose three charges? Or is that chaotics only.

You can complete statues without any time restriction. However, you will also have a grace period in that you only need to build one statue per week to maintain or obtain trim.
