Am I the only one who sees the tidal wave in the background? But really, I think the tidal wave thing was the point. Yeah, its just a horizon line using OpenGL but water goes all jumpy and loads differently when using DirectX. Thats why I was wondering if DirectX11 would make it like OpenGL is.

It wouldn't change the look, but it could make it run better, meaning you may be able to run the graphics settings higher. It runs fairly smooth on all max settings for me at the moment, the water is the thing that's annoying me. In OpenGL (Old HD) its like this [hide][/hide] While in DirectX its like this. [hide][/hide] Its probably like that for everyone though, im guessing.

Is it possible to use/download directx 11 currently for vista? Im using 10 and was wondering if 11 would change anything within runescape's grahpics compared to 10.

It doesn't really do anything different yet. It just boosted the usage on my graphics card to 7% from 6% at max settings and forced 8x AA. This does not constitute me getting members though, You can get 8x AA? :o I cant go over 4, could you post the difference? :P Edit: Sorry for double post. *whistles*

Not like there arent enough fairy rings around the world. :roll: I use fairy rings on a daily basis, and having a magical fairy tooth gives me one inventory spot + not having to take my lunar staff out of the bank every time I have to use them.

Bloom wasnt added with todays update, but they added the required software to run Bloom I think. I still believe however, that the Milk Tooth Creature has Bloom Lighting. Took some pictures to see what people think.

Quickly googling the drivers he was on about I think OP is talking about 3D like Avatar/Alice in Wonderland jumping out at you 3D. Ahh. Picture please? :P

I loved this quest. Its been soooo long since the last good quest, and this is the way to bring the good ones back with a bang. Zanaris looks truly amazing and the rewards for the quest are really good. Tree's were altered slightly with the new graphics, and water currently is kind of buggy. The little updates on the side are really cool as well. Was worth the wait.

Found it too, hope its today. Just hope bloom comes with it and that they didnt move bloom lighting to a later date.

try 1 week of nolifing to max all skills There is no way in bloody murder any person can get 88->99 Runecrafting, 92->99 Agility and 89->99 Slayer in one week, no matter how hard they try. Thats 28 out of the 70 or so levels I needed. Not like I was missing 50 levels to get 99 firemaking or cooking.
