  1. This is kind of a silly question, but... If I were to ask a girl out to the movies, how far ahead should the movie be? Like, if I asked her out Friday, should we plan it for Saturday? Or is it one of those things where it really doesn't matter?

  4. Like, if you could live anywhere in the world, what would it be? I've lived in America my whole life and i'm getting pretty bored of it. It doesn't look like it'll be very stable in 10 or 20 years so i've been considering the Netherlands, England or Japan :P Though I don't really know what they're like, they just look like fun places
  5. Congrats 10/10 first GWD drop is a great feeling :D

  8. What the [bleep] are you on about? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butterfly_effect Summary: The phrase refers to the idea that a butterfly's wings might create tiny changes in the atmosphere that may ultimately alter the path of a tornado or delay, accelerate or even prevent the occurrence of a tornado in a certain location. The flapping wing represents a small change in the initial condition of the system, which causes a chain of events leading to large-scale alterations of events. Had the butterfly not flapped its wings, the trajectory of the system might have been vastly different. While the butterfly does not cause the tornado, the flap of its wings is an essential part of the initial conditions resulting in a tornado.
  9. Wait, I thought you lost a lot of money with addy plates
  10. Most likely mith plates then addy plates. Though I might try out blast furnace eventually. And would it really be 50m with SC hammers? I thought it was 50m without :?
  11. With using SC hammers most of the way (like, after say 65 smithing)
  12. They were on ABC (or CBS, I always get those two mixed up) on Tuesday. I'm pretty sure they're still running re-runs.
  13. Yeah I thought she was just a [bleep] when she was Monica in the show Friends, but maybe she is actually like that. 1. Janitor's obviously going to make a comeback. 2. The beard is badass.
  14. I use a combination of pretty much everything already mentioned in this topic minus the feet on the desk. That just seems kind of uncomfortable to me.
  15. [/hide] Read the hidden stuff first. Basically, I decided to call her and ended up texting with her quite a bit. A few days later we ended up hanging out by a lake and talked for about an hour and a half and she made me a... balloon animal... long story though, and I don't feel like telling. Anyways it seems like she might actually be interested in me, and I think I might be interested in her. I mean, she's extremely pretty, she lives only three houses down from me, and she's a nice person. Looks like a winning combination to me. Only problem is I'm not exactly sure when or how to ask her out. The first two times I've asked a girl out I completely screwed up.. I mean, how do you guys do it? Just ask her to a movie? Also I'm worried I'll get friendzoned if I don't ask her out soon enough, but I don't want to ask her out too soon because it just feels weird to me. I've been talking with her for a week and the conversations have already started to die down so I'm getting rather nervous.
  16. Wait; I thought people were just being sarcastic about sailing
