Yeah I don't get it with having 99's. A couple weeks ago I went to a bandos mass (advertised on the rsof) and this one guy was getting made fun of for not having a 99 skill. And I quote "ur lvl 126, u should at least have cook cape" The sad part was multiple people were harassing him about it #-o
