Just about finished with Waiting for Godot, it was funny, to me, but I'm sure there are some "themes" I've missed. The 3 page summary (double spaced) is due tomorrow for peer review, better get to that...
  2. Can you explain that more? You're on the east side of the GE, and you light a fire, and as soon as the actual fire animation appears, click 4 spaces east, then use your tinderbox on logs. Here's a video to give you the idea, just don't fletch bolts in between, lol.
  3. If you backlight at the G.E., You can get around 1350 logs per hour. If you use the Collection box, and you don't relight when banking, you can get over 1450, although that's really hard to do consistently.
  4. Logs are in increments of 4 game ticks, btw. With teaks, I average about 90k Woodcutting exp per hour. I usually get closer to 85k while doing bolts, though, because of mistakes. Not sure about FM exp from Adze, though, cause I never measure it. This is at 90-93 Woodcutting, no lumberjack. I'd say teaks are the best, because of the bonus Firemaking exp, and if you want, Fletching exp.
  5. Blackjack, or I heard that Sorcerer's garden is good if you can 1 click it. Don't do PP, it's only like 70k exp per hour below lvl 81. If the guide in General Guides is correct, then you can get 160k exp per hour at Sorcerer's Garden, which is close to Blackjacking, for most people.

Made me lol a little bit: Definitely the most ftw conversation I have ever had on Omegle:
  7. Right below 75, ZMI is up to around 40k exp per hour. I don't know what the exp rates for combination runes are, but he doesn't have 82 magic for imbue. If you have something like 400/428 bank spaces, do ZMI, but otherwise, it isn't worth your trouble to fill up your bank. Although I know what your alternative would be.
  8. This. There are tons of tutorials all over the Internet, if you don't know how to do it.
  9. Basically the only thing not mentioned in Morionic's spreadsheets is Superglass Make. It maxes at around 600 casts an hour, and 78k crafting exp, 46k magic exp, and 850k gp per hour (Prices change, but it's stabilized at around 1500-1600 gp a cast.
  10. This lets you drop logs/fish/ore/whatever in a column.
  11. *sigh* Since you're asking, I'm assuming you don't use Windows 7, and therefore won't be of much help. Out of desperation, I'll humor you. I know how to GET to mousekeys for Windows 7, but it seems that no matter how I set it up, it is ineffective as a log-dropper in Runescape. It will drop the first log, but skip too great a distance to complete the rest of the line. I'm asking if somebody that uses Windows 7 has found a viable setup for dropping logs, fish, etc. I do use windows 7, thank you very much. You have to go to your mouse (Control panel -> Hardware and sound -> Mouse -> Pointer options) and change it so that it does not enhance pointer precision (Which is in Wakka's guide). It feels weird, but it's the only way that I know of to make the second jump the same distance as the first one.
  12. Control panel -> Ease of Access -> Change how your Mouse works -> Setup mousekeys What's the problem, exactly?
  13. Teaks are faster than ivy at any level, but ivy is "easier".

A lot of people record exp per hour. No reason to know the DPS, exp per hour is a much better way to express the value of a method (Because most players are used to it). We know a lot of weaknesses to monsters, although the best equipment is sometimes disputed (e.g. Sara Sword vs. Zamorakian Spear at waterfiends [sara Sword, is better, barely. But many people believe that the ZS is better]). As for skilling, we know tons about it. We know that each action runs in ticks of .6 seconds. Some actions take 5 ticks (3.0 seconds) and some only take one (.6 seconds).
  15. Teaks are indeed faster than ivy, people are just lazy :) But if you're not good with dropping/mousekeys just do ivy.
  16. The G.E. Limit for logs is 25k. So unless you buy 5 different types of logs, no. Also, the limit for Grapes is 1k/4 hours, so there is some waiting involved. Least admiral skillcape: Slayer. So many people do it inefficiently. If you averaged 30k slayer exp per hour, then that's a different story, but I know too many people who a year to get 99 slayer, training with a whip and DFS, no prayer, no cannon. Some exp rates: Prayer: 300k (ish) per hour Construction: 900k (Usually closer to 700k) with mahogany tables Cooking: 450k (Wines or Pie Bake spell with summer pies) Fletching: 800k (Broad arrows)/∞ (Fletching bolts while doing something else) Herblore: 450k (Extreme magics) Slayer: 30k (Turmoil, cannon, fast transitions) Woodcutting: 90k (Teaks) Firemaking: 450k (Magic logs)/ ∞ (Teaks with adze) Sorry but ALL of the data you presented is wrong, stop posting bull. [videos removed to avoid huge lag] Prayer: Was changed recently. Experience rates that high are no longer possible. Mahogany Tables: May be fast but are also the most expensive reasonable training method. You're effectively paying for speed, as at even my level it would cost around 150 million. Wine: Costs about 7m from 92, and is pure loss Herblore: Even more expensive than construction and you need a high level to make those potions to begin with. Prayer: Sorry, didn't actually look at the video, but it's possible to do it faster than what he did. You can't do it this fast anymore, though. Mahogany tables: Mahogany tables are 750k exp per hour -9.6mil per hour. Oak doors are 400k exp per hour and -3.3mil per hour. To get 10 million exp it would take 13.33 hours and 128 mil. For oak it would be 25 hours and 82.5mil. If you can make 2.5mil an hour you should do mahogany tables (Which is posssible, if you flip, but an oversight on my part, as most people can't make that much). Wine: If you make more than about 500k an hour, you should do wine. That's pretty easy to make, with inflation. Herblore: You have access to extreme magics for over half of your exp, and they're the most efficient, that's why I put them. Sorry, I thought that you meant data when you said data :P And I was only posting the exp rates of what I thought were the most efficient ways to train some skills (what I could pull off the top of my head). There are around 600 posts saying that Fletching/Cooking are the least admirable skills, and I was simply giving my opinion that effort invested is more valuable than time invested. As for the most admirable skill, it's whatever I happen to be training. Btw I'm not self centered. :-D
  17. Wonder what this changes. I was looking forward to chasing butterflies.

  20. 12-14 hours, or what they said if you get into a good clan. It takes longer if you spend time in w144 and lose, spend time looking for a clan, there's not enough people and you have to wait, etc.
  21. You could try out the Mad Skillerz. We're more of a guild than a clan, but we're starting to do more events, you're not required to go, though. You can join the clan chat "Seraphyna", just to check things out, and if you like us, you can post an application on our thread at 90-91-465-60203190 on the rsof. You're automatically accepted, it's used more as a means of documentation than anything. We're pretty informal, and you can hop from chat to chat if you like, and the only form of punishment is losing ranks if you've been really inactive. The other downside is that ranks are hard to come by, because our leader is kind of hard-headed about it. She's not on most of the time, so the chat usually stays pretty pleasant. Because I didn't mention it, we're a skilling clan, but some of our members like to do boss hunting, minigames, etc.
  22. Well I don't have much money (6m cash, and I'm not fond of selling items just to pay for something), so rock lobs is kind of out of my range. Plus, if you do slayer, you'll have almost no need of charms. I'd say look into non-combat magic, because without ancients, magic doesn't get much faster than 60k per hour (Combat). There are loads of ways to train magic outside of combat. I'd superheating until you can cast plank make.
  23. Why? You know I've never been to sure, but everyone that's given me advice on RC has said that. Considering it only holds 3 essence, it must be faster to not have to take the time to fill it, and then empty it. I just timed it, 4 pouch and lurker is faster than just 3 pouches. But only by about 150 ess/hr, so I'm gonna be 3 pouching (It's easier to maintain max speed).
  24. Which is more ess/hr? Assuming max speed on both.
