Summoning Experience
Well SC doesn't give any exp, but Soul Wars does. Also Tears of Guthix does if its your lowest skill.

85 Slayer Questions.
Sp Mages are better then Abbys. For making money. But SP mages don't drop any charms, and Abbys drop crimsons fairly often. So once you get to 85 you can camp Abbys, get some charms and maybe a few whips. But there are also other people that camp Abbys making it hard to get kills for yourself.

What 99 with this money cap?
100M+ if you don't use the SC hammers, more like 50M if you do (which you should to train it effectively).

Nature crafting without a familiar
Seeing as recharging the ammies is free, then compared to buy the Varrock Tabs, i would say that using glories would be cheaper. I would buy as many as you can (or want) and use those. When done crafting you can always sell them back, they don't seem to change in price much.

What is the best way to make money in free to play?
GoP is one of the ways to make fast money. Other then that all i can think of is merchanting and npc trading. Of course 85+ mining is one way, along with some other high level skills.

Xp Lamps
http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewcategory.ws?cat_id=806 That shows which quest gives rewards. Click on the skill you were planning on putting the exp from the lamp on. It shows them in order of decreasing to increasing. It also lists quests that normally give exp in that skill. Also shows the min-max about of exp that can be given.

10% str prayer while slaying?
I bet he/she will be using that along with the prayer.

Paying for membership by debit card
Gotta use the credit card thing. Debit is basically the same as credit.
-
Paying for membership by debit card
It would be the same as a credit card. I use my debit card to pay for RS, and it takes the money out each month so its not a bad option imo.

Best Barrows Weapon?
The Whip is the best all around weapon. If you use it on controlled you won't have to worry about str exp. For purely Str exp a SS would be best, then a D Scim+ Rune def would be the next best choice.

Runecraft: Glory VS Ring of Duelling
Nothing is faster if you're using tabs. But if you're not using tabs, then ZMI would be the fastest and graahks aren't bad for exp and profit. And its 57 for graahks.

Prayer and Construction Training
Use the best BoB that you got and put as many bones into it as you can. There are several ways to get to their house and to bank. One is to just use one in Yanille, leaving their house to bank there. Another is to use their Mounted Glory to teleport to Edgeville then teleport to your house (if its in Yanille) exit it and then enter the player with the altar house. But this works much better if you have a Guilded Altar of your own. You can't use summoning when in building mode. The best way is to have the butler bring you the planks. Just bring some noted planks with you, use them on him and he'll bring them back unnoted. but make sure to bring a pile of GP as he'll ask you for payment. Making steel is a good way if you don't wanna use money on making mithril. Bolts are good with the SC hammers as they have a some what smaller loss when making them. but they aren't as fast as making platebodies, but you shouldn't do that until you can make addy ones.

Re: Advise on Training Smithing
Move your house to Brimhaven. Use a ring of dueling to bank. Teleport to your house, exit it then head to the ores. Mine a full inventory. When full use the RoD to bank at CW, then use some runes and teleport back to your house. And just repeat until you have how many you want. You can also try using Stealing Creation Hammers to get exp by making steel/mith items from bars. But it will cost you some money.

Ideas for doubling the ammount of junk in my bank?
Maybe the OP is going to go do some ZMI? In which case a full bank would be good. In addition to those i would get all the random event clothes i could get.

killing a wyvern
Nice, if only you got a visage though 8-)

killing a wyvern
I would just bring 2 to be safe. They aren't that hard to kill. Just be sure to use super potions and piety to give you a better chance to kill it quicker.

mobilising army suicide for ranks?
Just a regular diamond ring, not a Ring of Life. The (i) only gives it some boosted combat stats.

Best equipment for slayer with 15mil budget?
Black Mask Fury Fire Cape > Trimmed Skillcape > Untrimmed Skillcape=Obby cape Torags Plate Torags Legs Sara Sword/D Scim for those you need a shield on Dragon Boots Beserker/Warrior Ring > RoW It takes a little more then 20 tasks if usign Duradel. You can make money, but not that much. you can get lucky on drops. But most times you'll cover the cost of food and that. Most money comes from herbs/seeds/alching items more then the special slayer drops.

range xp.
http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=782800&hilit=chinning this should help you out some. Idk how many personally as i don't range as much as i melee.
-
range xp.
Whip would be faster. Also bursting/barraging or chinning would be faster since you want hp exp. And those have higher exp/hr them melee does at AZ's.

Epic Bug?
Could always try the Jagex RS Browser they offer on their website. Or maybe try using SwiftKit.

May 20th: New Slayer Monster Information.
Alright. Let's say that clicking something once and never having to look at it again can be considered AFKIng. This is [1]. Now let's review all of Duradel's tasks: Aberrant spectres: Have nosepeg and it's [1] + Cannonable Abyssal demon: [1] Black demon: Range in safespot CT: [1] Black dragon: Tav/Chicken safespot, if melee antifire+Protect melee: [1] Bloodveld: [1] + Cannonable Dagannoth: [1] + Cannonable Dark beast: You actually have to pay attention on these Dust devil: Facemask: [1] Fire giant: Safespot at waterfall/Guthan: [1] Gargoyle: Hammer them: [1] Gorak: Slight attention required, but mostly minimised if you have bunyip Greater demon: [1] Hellhound: [1] Iron/Steel dragon: Have antifire and Prot melee for Meleers: [1] Kalphite: [1] + Cannonable Mithril dragon: Have to actually watch out with these. Luckily, you won't ever have to kill more than 9. Necrychael: You can safespot them: [1], otherwise slight attention required Scabarites: [1] + Cannonable Skeletal wyvern: Attention required, good thing you can safespot them. Spiritual mage: Proper magic defence/Prot from Magic: [1] Suqah: South side: [1] Warped terrorbird: Attention required Waterfiend: Attention required With all the [1]'s, you can look away from the screen at any time with minimal risk. This constitutes that it is, in fact, AFK'able. Now compare this with Mining, Hunter, Agility, Firemaking and Runecrafting. When AFK'ing, most people actually gain exp while they AFK. If you're just standing there nto doing any thing, thats all your doing. You're logged in standing there, wasting a familiar timer if you go one out. To get exp you have to look at the screen and attack something and kill it. By this it narrows down a lot of your choices. But yes i am slaying as im typing this. But I'm just standing there, i am not gaining any exp at all.

Only drop the addy one if you plan on getting more then one rune one.

'Armadyl?'
There was a Post Bag From the Hedge thing that asked the Gods how they pronounced their names and how they pronounced some cities. Idk if it still exists but I'll look for it. Edite: Found it, was in a God Letter http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=424 But it only tells you about Saradomin, Guthix, and Zamorak.
