I think the current lv 60 requirement is appropriate for the obsidian weapons, but the stats could be more worth while on some of them.

There is no point even discussing this. We dont even know if the date was recorded when our accounts were created, or if they were they could be lost in a registrations log. But anyway thats what the new generation (untradable) of discontinued items are their for.

EH? :-s Gaining experience in existing skills basically means your character is gaining knowledge in those skills. They could just include those things in the skills we already have... What you are suggesting is about as useful as a hamster taking laxatives.

Range and Magic lvs already contribute to the combat level, just not as much as melee skills and prayer

You can already make fire arrows in p2p but they generally aren't for combat, if you can attack people (i think you can, not 100% on it) with them the do damage similar to their regular counterparts from what I've heard. Rune fire arrows -Lit-

This would pretty much kill a lot of the fun aspects of the game. Tailor skill for bandages? I mean what the hell lets just bring back fatigue while we are at it lol I dont say this about many suggestions but this would actually make me quit the game altogether.

I was only stating a similar system on another game to create your own crest. I never said there was anything wrong with your way... I dont see this happening for free though.
