i have been noticing this for quite a while. Ashes cost around 80-90gp each in GE. As of now, ashes cost 91gp(was 86gp yesterday), the same cost as gold bars in GE(how i wish that is true in the real world).I have been convincing many "need 5k please" noobs in f2p worlds to pick up ashes and sell to GE while training for my fm cape but few listened. Do ashes have any economic use in rs at all? I quitted for 2 years and returned recently so new updates might have shot the prices of ashes up. can someone confirm this?

was fighting mith d recently for chewed bones so i could do my fremmy diary. i suddenly lagged bad and my pray ran out as i was using melee pray and piety lagging. my character was not reacting to my commands and fight on without melee pray...mith d hit me constant 10s and 20s and i was down to 11hp...i thought i was gonna die and lose my karil and just before mith d hit me with its last attack, my character finally decided to break that house tele tablet that i instructed him to break a while ago...i survived..

3 more wc level to my free wc xp... 1 more wc level and i can get the wc xp using axeman's folly... btw i think the location for jack frost is 1 of a few possible places where small snow patches are seen...i found mine north-west of black knight fortress

got this yesterday from a greater demon clue and this today while im getting chewed bones from mith d for fremmy diary...was so shocked that i nearly forgot to tele out after picking it up wonder who or what is boosting my totally hopeless luck these few days...

good point...i cant try it out since i dont own any of them but im sure you are right... satius/vesta is too unfeasible to use anyway due to the 1hr duration and high cost... anyway, the melee defence of void is too low compare to the common armours so it isnt feasible to use it in your everyday life of monster slaying.

just did a comparison for void melee while weilding a godsword: with barrow gloves and fury: slash attack +154 with full void melee and fury: slash attack +142+10%=142+14.2=156.2 conclusion: void melee beat barrow gloves in terms of accuracy unless there are any helms/plate/legs with atk bonus that i missed, i believe void melee is still more accurate when using a godsword

melee void: use only when you need accuracy more than that 1 or 2 extra damage when using a godsword. In other cases, never use it. range void: best range armour available in terms of damage at the cost of reduced accuracy(not sure about the accuracy part) mage void: pretty much useless...

fletching maple long(u) at lv 50 onwards for junk trading if u need to junk trade, making it very profitable. maple logs: 36 ea maple long(u): 144 ea profit: 108gp/log

actually there is a reason why 99 str is more common: 99 str: anybody can train it, both f2p and p2p. more people train str since warriors outnumber skillers. 99 fletch: only members can train it. 99 cook: f2p have no access to the immortal fire of rouge's den. 99 fm: f2p have no access to teak/mahogany/mage logs. most f2p are relatively poorer than members and cannot afford yews to burn. anyway, people who are laughed at for having cook/fletch cape are usually high levels(100+) who have the untrimmed version of it since many expect them to have at least 2 common skill capes or 1 neutral/rare/useful skill cape at that level. as many people mentioned, 99 str>99 fletch/cook in terms of usefulness. 99 fletch is useful only up to 95(d darts) and 99 cook is useful up to 95(no burnt sharks with cook gauntlet). as for str, your max hit increases with every level and hitting high is like some sort of acheivement which others can see. as for me, str is my first skill cape as i wanted to be a barrows pure. after realising the importance of attack, i train it up to 99 too and now im a dfs pure(still working on hp) with str xp in the top 10k of hiscores and i enjoy training str more than any other skills including attack(i just hate to be a whip slave).

i used teak planks but i think the same bonus applies to all construction stuff

ive tested out volatile hammer with construction. it gives a bonus of 28xp when u construct...(which is quite negligible)
