Now I haven't read up on this in more than a while, but if I remember correctly; The US was founded on no state funded church, because they didn't want the government to fund a church like UK funded the Church of England. Along down the road, after then US was founded, someone decided the throw in separation of church and state. So technically , under the constitution wouldn't one be able to base their political decisions off their preferable religion, weather it be Christianity or Buddhism as long as their decision was not to give money or government hand-outs to the religion? I'm down with people being homosexual and what not, but I think there are certain rights (like tax benefits and the shift of veteran's pay to the spouse) that a married man and woman have that should be for a married man and woman, not 2 married men or 2 married women.

I take my final for Algebra Thursday. I think I will do well enough to pass. I have already taken my finals for standard math, English, and Science. I didn't study for any of them and actually got in the top 99.9 percentile in the state for the science one.

Unfortunately, I am still an 8th grader. Honors Algebra, EOC- June 3rd BCT 2 (computers lvl 2), EOC June 3rd US History- Final for the class General Sciences- EOG/DONE Math 8+ (taken last year, althought we still had to take the EOG for it this year), EOG/DONE English/Creative writing EOG/DONE

I get yelled at by my mom all the time, and she is a cop. I think she knows I do illegal stuff but still does nothing about it (thank god). I got in trouble for playing hide and go seek around the town my mom is a cop in.. we were out and about at 3 A.M. Apparently the thugs didn't like us running through their back yard.

I think failing is failing, and if you have a failing grade you should have to retake that class or at least have to take the class next year. No one in any of my classes tries and we all have A/B honor roll on the 7 Pt/grade system. It really can not be that hard to pass with a bit of effort.

I have already tried that, and it had no success. She thinks he is the "perfect guy" because he pretends to care while he is around her. I was talking to him on facebook. and he basically trashed her. I just don't want to show her because she will think I am trying to break them up. Its a horrible mess. I think I am going to use that chapter when we go looking for a job next week. Hopefully that will end it. Then he will be gone, and she will be unhurt.

The problem is, the last time she got into something like this, she got her heart broken, and its been all year and now she is just "coming out of her shell". I am afraid of how long it would be, and how long she would cry if she realizes what a real douche this guy is. Last time, I was up almost all night comforting her, and then I still had the occasional help up every so for a while after.

Alright so I have a problem. My best female now has a boyfriend... of 5 days. I can already tell he is "using" her for bragging rights, make-out sessions and doesn't really give a 2 cent about her. but she is so caught up in him, she can not stop to listen to me. How could I go about splitting them up without her knowing I did it, for she would be hugely pissed for "ruining" a perfect relationship. Anything will help at this moment.

My friend has then Envy2 and it randomly turns off a lot. She can be in the middle of texting someone, and it will randomly turn off. This can go on for a while and then it might stop for a while. Does anyone else have this problem, and does anyone know how to fix it at home?

That is really ironic. I don't know if I can call my self a geek or a nerd, although I am "smarter" that have the tards in my school, but this girl, who is pretty damn popular, just dumped her extremely popular boyfriend to go and make out with me, the uncool, loser-ish (according to everyone else) kid who cares about school. OT: I don't know where you guys are getting this "geeks are cool" thing from. I am usually quiet in school, and mind my own business. I still get bullied to hell because I know what Ubuntu is. :?

Alright, SO I have a major problem. A girl who I will call Emily likes me and another guy who I will call Luke. Emily is open with her mild feelings for Luke and everyone knows of them. Luke tries to hook up with Emily multiple times but is rejected because Emily doesn't want a full blown commitment. <--- The reason behind that is because me and her are friends who like each other and are beginning to have a little more than friendly relations on the side. No one knows about these relations because I am the big time nerd of the school.. and Emily doesn't want to risk the pain of being made fun of IF things don't work between us. Due to these relations I have begun to hang around with Emily a TON more in class. People are noticing and are beginning to think I am a creep because the don't know Emily enjoys my company. Luke, who suspects something between us but does not know our secret, is lying to me to try and get me to forget about Emily, but what he is lying to me about is already known to me and I know the truth. I fell kind of "dirty" messing around secretly, but Emily is just unbelievable. Should I break things off and let her and Luke go on, should I keep things the way they are and try and get it known to the asswipes in a way where they know I am not "stalking" Emily but yet our secret stays what it is, a secret, should I talk to Emily about this and try and explain to her how much I feel for her and that the relationship is a good idea, and finally are there any more possible ways I could deal with this damn situation?

I was riding down an old rode on the outside of town, There was no sidewalk, nor any bike lane, there was the 1/2" of road after the line and thats where I generally stay.

I don't mind people in a hurry except drivers. For example, Today I was riding my bike, I almost got hit on the road because some [wagon] didn't have the balls to slow down for a cyclist.

I have also ironically started eating healthier about a week ago. I noticed I was growing a little and not with muscle. I basically cot all junk food, pack my own lunch, don't eat nearly as much, and the only real time I eat junk is special occasions. I really noticed an impact today... A month ago I would have trouble riding my bike 3.71 miles to my friend's house. I rode 5 miles easily, in a shorter time, to a special someones house. After a few hours of fun, a Monster and some (delicious) Reeses Pieces, I rode home, all 5 miles, in 22 minutes. :)

I am not sure if Java uses the C++ language as I am just a novice kiddie programmer, but if I remember correctly, it can handle somewhere in the 2.4B region. Therefore, JaGeX could set the maximum Xp in the billions.

I don't know the exact part mixture, but Sergento(sp) extra dry gin and the orange juice monster make a wicked drink.

Well what do you know.. Step dad just got off work. Shocker eh? Hit the nail on the head, Not just things like spending, but a ban on dirtbike and ATV sales for kids under the age of 13 because they are afraid they are going to lick a gear box and aged lead poisoning. I remember when I had my dirkbike and was ten. After a nice ride, I would go home, take my helmet off, and give the box a good licken. Nothing could be better.
