Armadyl or veracs?
Err...I think you forgot a saradomin item(there are many sara monsters near aviansies). Use a saradomin god coif, adequate range bonus and provides the needed god item. Otherwise wioneo got it right.

crafting
I highly doubt that they sell. I mainly say this because they are useless without gems, and are not exactly a fashion statement either. Just make better jewlery, or maybe silver items. Crafting is very hard to profit from(or break even) without getting all the materials yourself, so you might want to have a backup skill to make pure profit from to spend on crafting. Good luck.

Keep bandos+dfire shield, or get sara gs? Answered
I say go for the sword and try it out. If you dislike it you could always just sell it and buy back the bandos and dfs, unless the prices all fluctuate wildly.

In Which order do these skills level up faster?
True, but not everyone can afford a sara sword. A good compromise that gives faster exp than the d scim, but less than a sara sword is the obby combo (meaning wearing an obby sword with a berserker necklace). It is also a compromise cost-wise as it costs more than a scim, but much less than a sara sword. OT: All melee stats train at basically the same rate, all differences in max hit and accuracy are miniscule at best. ;)

Stealing Creation Score System, Tools, Resource Distribution
Doesn't that scimitar give a slash attack bonus of over 200? Can you say, "extremely overpowered in normal play!" I do think that there should be a better variety of rewards, and trading points for skill exp would be nice.

11 November 2008 - Stealing Creation
The minigame is rather fun, at least I think so. I'm not very good at it, but I still enjoy it and want to get the rewards(even if I won't use them much). The fact that you can instantely change combat styles is a cool concept, and I can imaging a new type of p2p pure emerging from the primordial ooze...The sacred clay pure! Obviously I mean a player with 40 def and high range, mage, and melee skills that switches combat styles and weapons on the fly, it could be quite effective(testing is need obviously). Anyway. The game is fun, and you get free stuff that looks cool and isn't dreadful. Not bad jagex. :)

Duradel broken?
Might I recommend blocking hellhounds? I doubt it is broken, so you are probably just unlucky. Keep trying.

Tax bag
You can't replicate the blurite sword? Wierd, because I did. :? Anyway, no you cannot replicate the tax bag.

Very Weird
Although I personally have never experienced this, I have heard of it. I first started to hear about this happening soon after the release of as a first resort, when someone was saying that there iron knives were poisoning a monster when they had a pet out. Later, another person stated that the same thing happened, again with iron knives and a pet(but a different pet). I think it has something to do with throwing weapons combined with pets/familiars. Have you sent in a bug report yet?

Barrows - Do you mind the degrading?
I don't mind the degrading at all. I don't even mind mixing and matching barrows sets. Currently I am wearing torag's platebody and guthan's chainskirt  . I could easily pay for it even if it degraded in 5 hours, let alone 15!

where to train str?
Do you want the fastest possible experience or make some money as well? Ankous are good for money and get pretty fast experience if you have a salve ammy(pereferably an enchanted one), green dragons are also good for money. Slayer is pretty good for cash and experience(black mask helps). As for fast exp...I wouldn't really know, I don't use those methods. :(

Combat confusion
The fastest way to get hides is to kill them at the gnome copter cow field. Just kill them with range/mage/melee(they are so weak it doesn't really matter.) and use the deposit box right there to bank hides. If you need food then just bring a tinderbox and an ax so you can cook the beef right there! I hope that helps.

Regarding Crafting
Yes, buttons are members only, but why would you want them anyway? They do almost nothing except for being used in a couple of quests, which are all members quests. Hopefully that helps

Money making??
You can get a good amount of cash doing slayer tasks, so that is a good idea. Killing green dragons is also very profitable.

Ranging advice and Aviansies
Aviansies are extremely easy. I mean, I kill them at my stats (look at sig). If you can wield a rune c'bow, you can kill aviansies effectively. You might want to get a few more lvls though, so powertraining at yaks is good exp. About the budget, 100k isn't enough to start aviansies because you need to buy god items to avoid being piled.

beating the boredome while farming/hunting
Strange as it may sound, I find hunter to be kinda fun(yes, my hunter lvl isn't high, but that doesn't mean I dislike it). Die little kebbits! Anyway, while farming I would recommend training other skills simultaniously. Good luck.

Str training equip!
An obsidian sword with a zerker necklace(enchanted obsidian necklace) is actually better than a d scim unless you are fighting monsters with high defence. Those types of monsters are not for training on anyway, so yeah. Berzerker necklace and obsidian sword, get it.

Something exciting to do at my stats?
Ok, maybe I'll give farming a little more attention, but that is rather off topic because no matter how much you love it, farming is far from exciting. I'll have to give these suggestions a look tomorrow. Thanks, and any other opinions are welcomed.

Something exciting to do at my stats?
The only stats left to get in the high scores are farming, construction, and firemaking. I hate all of them. I have been to the kbd and the kq before. I never got enough good drops to pay for my supplies, and the kq hits me too much(killed me once too). however, I was weaker then and maybe I can do better now. I'll try it after this slayer task. I have never even considered the giant mole, is it difficult? Would I need to find a good team? Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

Best ranging gear for training and combat
Regarding the shield slot, if you cannot get a god book, then a spirit shield has no negatives to range. It also weighs very little, so that would be better than nothing. And I kill my fire giants in the smoke dungeon under pollivneach(sp?), it is usually empty, and there is a spawn that can be safespotted near the entrance(shoot across the edges of the lava pool).

Something exciting to do at my stats?
I have been getting rather bored with my day to day training lately, and I was wondering if anyone knew something fun I could do with my lvls. I am terrible at pvp, just to let you know. Preferably I'd like to find a boss monster that I could kill without too much difficulty, but just something good to hunt is fine. I have a bit under 1 mil cash to get equipment if that helps, and I already have some good items (ya know, whip, black mask, d boots, obby cape...the essentials). Oh and I don't really want to lose money, breaking even is tolerable, and profit is preferable. stats in sig. Thanks in advance!

Magic, more of a secondary?
Alot of people say that magic is at a disadvantage against melee because meleers can just put on some range armor. However, you really can't compare the two because that would be comparing a hybrid to someone with just 1 style. If you are maging and your opponent puts on d'hide, bring out a melee or ranged weapon to even the scales, maybe even swap armors yourself. Anyway, when a mage is against a meleer in melee armor(e.g. full rune) said meleer is at a severe disadvantage if the mage has any idea what they are doing.

Dark Bow
Well, if you're ranging tough monsters with crossbows, then you can bring a d bow along for specs. It's also good for pvp, but yeah not much else.

The Majority of Rune Armour and Weapons?
Roaches only drop rune scimmies and square shields. I'd guess that they are probably the biggest source of said square shields(I don't know any other monsters that drop them, and I doubt that they would be as frequently killed anyway), but they don't drop any other rune items so most rune items come from members. Also, about clues, I believe that there are more people who ignore them than you guys seem to think...I certainly don't do them.

purple cats...
The trapdoor for the Purple Cat Puzzle is in Betty's Rune Shop in Port Sarim. You must complete everything before this part in the quest though. Hope I've been of some help. Unfortunately...no, I already did the whole quest, but I had no idea where to go from there. Later I found out that I had to talk to Wendy though, so I'm ok now.
