The Biggest problem I see here is that they are trying to make us actually do lower floors on a complexity greater than 1, so we actually have to go out of our way just to start this update :sad:

It would also be helpful to have a clear all button (for when you start a new floor)

How do you click the middle mouse button to delete a key on the program if you play on a laptop touchpad?

I feel excited for this update, yet I know with requirements like the ones they've posted there wont be any substantial changes to Dungeoneering overall. Oh well, at least it may be something fun to do on the side and they may surprise us with an ammo bind.

You should be fine once people get to know you, I don't have a rank and yet many people recognize me and I have no problem getting floors.

It is 1k every 4 hours, while dragonstone is 100 every 4 hours.

I would suggest you read some of the various tips and guides located on these forums first off, then giving it a try for yourself. Read the DGS guidelines, My friend Bassy wrote a nice guide aimed at medium leveled DGers located at this url http://forum.tip.it/topic/285628-dungeoneering-tips-and-tricks/ Some of the info is a bit dated, but most of it is good and should help you. Just reading through the DGS thread will help you as well.

Nothing is stopping you from keying those floors yourself. That is also a good way to get acclimated to higher level DG and to better understand the team dynamic. It will be more difficult for you in the long run if you just hop into random floors and expect everything to work out in your favor at a low level. IMO learning to key is essential for anybody, regardless of their role on a DG team.

That's odd... How many people were in the group? I had one last night in a 5 man in w117 since I couldn't find anyone in the cc to dunj with and all it spawned were level 111+. We let it reset 5 or 6 times, but never anything less than 111 came out of it. Monos were changed pretty recently. They're now easier than they used to be (for the most part). It also seems like the initial spawn is a big factor in determining the rest of the mono.

Yeah, I've been concerned about the same thing. It has deterred me from actually becoming a ranked keyer in DGS, since it is now impossible to be ranked in two separate clans. IMO all this update does is destroy the concept of multi clanning, as many people are moving away from the "friend's chat" anyways.

As others have said, you are free to ignore advice if you wish. Just because it doesn't apply to what you think of as a majority doesn't mean it isn't helpful. This sort of high end discussion is one of the things that separates TIF from other sites.

Yea it also really sucks to make runes for bosses since my RC is too low to make bloods, so I'm stuck with fire blast unless I pester somebody into making bloods for me.

I've also been thinking about CSB, since I've exclusively run with the law bind since for most of my time DGing. In reality the CSB helps in a lot more situations than the laws do, however I do really like the laws for c1s. Which means it might make sense for me to just bind laws, then run c1 x2 and then find another surgebox until I hit the end of my reset and rebind laws again and repeat. Is anyone doing anything similar and want to share their experience in running CSB and laws? I'm wondering how practical it really is.
