Do you report players?
Sure I'll report. I don't get very much of a chance but I will do. Sometimes I won't but if it's something more serious like password scamming then definately. I got reported by this guy for being a bot because I ignored his constant 'wc lvl' shouts at me then he just kept saying 'omg ur bot' 'omg ur reported now' 'look its a bot' I was just like -.- I don't want to talk to you, I'm trying to train.

what do u do for fun?
1. Get 2 or 3 friends in a Skype call 2. Line up in the middle of F2P Lumbridge 3. Dance emote simultaneously 4. Convince n00bs you're all telepathic 5. ??? 6. Profit!

And WoW people think we are stupid...
It is different in quite a lot of ways. Dressing up, or cosplaying, is usually just for that... dressing up and going to a convention or meetup as your favorite anime/manga/gaming/film/tv character. You get to talk to others about costumes, things that you like, whatever. It's just a means of having fun. This is done in real life, though you're unlikely to get many people walking around your streets dressed up as Haruhi Suzumiya since it's usually done in conventions only. Whereas role playing like on the runescape theme world is different since it's not making (or buying) a costume and wearing it irl. People do combine both though and role play with other characters 'in character' when they meet and stuff but not all.

99 fletch>99 str (str is really overrated)
Every skill is useful in some way. Every 99 is worth a great deal of respect. Deal with it. -.- Also not every fletcher buys their materials. I'm proud to say I woodcut every single log that I use and craft every single bow string that I use. (Not that I'm even near 99 yet but it's one of my goals). There's going to be people who find an easy way to 99 for every skill either by buying or afk-ing or whatever. People shouldn't let assumptions like 'Fletch cape... omg you so just bought that! You just want a skill cape.' get in the way of the fact that a 99 is still an achievement. It might not seem like it to those with high levels already, but for those of us who don't have levels even near the 90's, it's something massive.

Quests - Guide or freestyle?
Sometimes I might try on an easier quest to freestyle it but I'm not a quester so I'll just jump to the guide the second I go... wait... what now? It makes things a whoooole lot easier

Manga/Anime Discussion
Ok, forgiven. Higurashi isnt bad, enjoy your getting taken home. And Elfen Lied is a weird one. Its pretty good if youre looking for a dark(er) series, but it doesnt offer much more than that. After reading the mango, id have to say I prefer it to the animu. Some of the scenes just make more sense and things are laid out a lot better. Yeah I totally know what you mean with the Naruto/Bleach/yadayada super massive ultra high powered Shonen-Jump anime, but you've still gotta watch some of it I guess... Yeah I've been told Elfen is much darker but it should still be fairly good. A friend told me Air Gear too, I'll probably watch that as well as soon as I get the time.

Manga/Anime Discussion
Death Note Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Lucky Star Naruto Bleach Full Metal Alchemist I think my next thing I'm after watching is Higurashi and Elfen Lied and they promise to be up on my favorites too methinks.

99 fletch>99 str (str is really overrated)
*pokes the eyes out of all snobbiest/pureist/mycapeisbetterthanyoursists* A skill cape is a skill cape. I respect those who get fletching and firemaking capes more than those who show off with strength capes because they've taken the time to train not a skill that brings them profit or gain, but one that they ENJOY. Those who get a cape 'because it's better' than another one doesn't deserve a cape at all. :wall: :wall:

Call to Peace
^ This. I think that people exaggerate how much F2P 'whines' about wanting more updates, and those that do are usually just 13 year old boys who just want everything and anything. I have friends on F2P who don't want to be a P2P member because it's so much bigger and they just want to sit back, relax, do a bit of woodcutting or mining and take the game at their own pace. Sure, I'd say that F2P people do generally get a bit miffed when P2P gets an update, but a majority of them aren't idiots and realise that members pay, therefore it makes sense that they get more. Those who don't realise this are, like I said, just idiots. If you pay then, you pay. Good for you. If you don't or can't, then why on earth should it matter to those of you who do pay? Those 'whining' F2Pers aren't going to change anything with their 'whining' so what on earth does it matter?

And WoW people think we are stupid...
It's people like you that ruin things for cosplayers like me. :wall: I cosplay (anime mainly) but I don't call people who don't cosplay stupid -.-. Cosplaying is about having fun and showing your appreciation and love for whatever it is you're cosplaying. I'm definately considering cosplaying a Runescape character now, I'd never really thought of it but now I like the idea. I love Runescape. I love cosplaying. It makes sense to combine the two \

At what level is a skill considered "high"? Combat effects?
I'd say it's up to the person. I don't care if you or anyone else thinks I have high levels or not. If I'm enjoying the game what does it matter? I'll get these so called 'high' levels later. As for combat effecting it, I don't really say it does make much of a difference with most skills. There's plenty of places to train most skills without needing any sort of combat.

Noob or Nerd?
I get that too. -.- Of course I'm a n00b if I'm winning. I never get called a nerd though. Heck, if I did I think I'll just throw in a few Star Trek references and a bit about particle physics  I think the best response to a *def/str/att* n00b shout is NO U. Or whatever you prefer. You shouldn't let them get to you though, if you're lucky you'll never have to see them again ^_^

Should Jagex allow us to hide advertisements?
I honestly don't mind the adverts. Even though I have a terrible laptop, they never used to lag with me when I was on F2P back a few months ago. I don't think people should be able to hide advertisements, I mean seriously, you don't HAVE to pay attention to them or click them. People underestimate how much advertisement can bring, and if it brings more money to Jagex, I'm happy :

Behind the Scenes - November Edition
*avoids the whole british-america-OMGTHANKSGIVING-stupidity* I can't say I'm looking particularly forward to the quest seeing as I've no chance of qualifying for it  But the new mini game looks interesting indeed. It could prove to be fail though, we'll just have to see how Jagex works it.

Runescape being of use in real life.
I can't say it's helped me particularly with typing and that, I was a good typer before I came on Runescape thanks to being a part of other forums for a few years before playing it. I know it's helped my friend though in science when they were asked what copper and steel were made of. : Me and him have also spent ages applying maths to Runescape. Timing how long it takes to do a certain task, figuring how many times you could do it within half an hour, an hour, how much profit you make. I can't say it's helpful really, but it's definately a good use for maths and I've found it rather interesting, doing those things on a regular basis has made times when I actually need to do them, much easier ^_^

Why can't F2P have...?
Maybe we have f2p pures that aren't worth paying for? Maybe our parents don't wanna waste money on a game for us? Maybe we can't make our own money? Maybe we don't wanna waste our money on Runescape? Maybe we want an extra big mac a month? Maybe we spend all our cash on xxx sites instead? :? I can think of millions of different reasons so just shut the hell up you nerd. (I'm p2p btw) ^ This. But otherwise, I think more bank space for F2P would probably be best. When I was F2P it was difficult enough to shove everything in there and I hardly did everything that was offered like FoG ect so for those who do I'm definate they need the space!

Random Events to be Changed/Removed soon?
Within 2 days I broke my rune axe THREE times because of a stupid ent. :wall: It's almost bloody impossible to see when the tree changes to an ent and I never pay it very much attention anyway. I'll woodcut and chat to a friend over Skype or just daydream, next thing I know my axe is broken. -.- Now excuse me, I need to go repair my axe. :wall: (honestly).

Longsword Versus Scimitar
I'm a scimmy gal all the way. I used to weild longswords but after changing to the scimitar I just found it to be better... it's not about stats or anything like that, it's personal opinion and experience with each of the swords. I just find the speed to be more useful in combat.

Free to Play?? or Watch Ads to Play??
I really don't care about the ads to be honest. I'm a P2P person and I'd still have the ads up there! It doesn't make much difference, I never notice them and if Jagex is getting a bit of moola to keep themselves going from me just being there, I have no objections. Sure, there are ads. They don't force you to notice them in great detail and click them. If you're F2P you should accept that there are advertisements and instead of you paying, those ads will pay for you. Ha, even if you're on the INTERNET you should accept that there are advertisements!

RuneScape - Smithing = ???
I support smithing. I used to do it when I first started and I still do. I'll mine my own ores, smelt and smith them myself and make my own armour because I prefer to be a self-sufficient Runescaper. I don't level up things because of a quest that needs it or because I want a 99 or because I want to make a profit. Quite a lot of things I do leave me profitless but somebody's gotta do it and I enjoy not relying on the Grand Exchange for every little thing. \ I might not make as much profit by making armour out of the bars I just smelted but I'm enjoying myself and training a skill I want to train. To me, money is of little priority. If they took Smithing out, even for a week, I think the economy would definately be effected. People, especially F2P PvPers need armour and they're not all going to be able to get it from monster drops. So who they gonna call? Ghost bus--- I mean, smithers. Sure, very high level armour and weapons come from drops ect, but for the less 'elite' player, smithing is an important skill to supply weapons and armour. (I'm not sure if this makes much coherent sense, it doesn't to me :wall: )

a Second Tier Consumption Skill
I like the idea of an engineering sort of skill, a second tier consuption skill. Invention is a sketchy name for a skill though because you're not really inventing something, it would have to be programmed into the game first ect and there'd only be so many things you could 'invent' and everybody would be inventing them. I like the idea of engineering or manufacturing better really

A Mathmatical View of F2P Banking
I just reached the bank limit when I turned P2P again. It was a major part of my decision because I didn't have enough space to place things I needed for skills. I could manage with what I had, but it would have meant not training a lot of skills because I wouldn't have the space for equipment and ect. I rarely kept things from random events but still squezed up to the limit. I think maybe it should be increased on the number of quest points as mentioned before. Either that or skill based.

The common courtesy of hopping.
I'm sort of a bit of both. Sometimes if I see a place is getting too crowded I'll take the initiative and hop because if I want things to be quieter, then I can't expect someone else to move because I want them to. Since it helps the people there too, it's doing them good too. Sometimes if I've been training for a while I'll just take a break. Log off, come on the forums or look something up for twenty minutes or so (sometimes it turns into hours when I get reading a thread here :P) and go back, sometimes it's busier and sometimes it's empty. Either way you've not spent ages arguing with people to move or barely getting a monster because everyone else is stealing them. Tl;dr: you can't expect someone else to move to make it more convenient to you. I like the idea of training in PvP worlds, it's totally deserted anywhere outside main spots.

Your views on -4 iteming in f2p? (1.4k views!)
But they're not everywhere. There will be some, unspoilt place out there (I don't really know such a place personally), particularly in P2P where only dedicated PvPers will be. If you go to Lummy/Varrok/Falador then you will get some, but if you want a 'real' fight then go where there aren't safe places near, or go up into the wildy somewhere and fight as you please : And there's very little chance of 3/4 itemers attacking you because that'd mean they'd lose their things which defeats the purpose. Of course you still get some...
