  1. I wonder if they would use Vocaloids to do somet of the voices XD Miku Hatsune in RS would be hot :P Only it's hard to get her to do English so... maybe Luka since she does English, and maybe some of the English Vocaloids that nobody knows :P YES!!
  2. Chillax guys. It's a cosmetic item that doesn't do anything except look pretty. It's just a little reward for people who go to Runefest. As of yet, it doesn't even officially exist. So people, can we stick to the *actual* update and not just speculating the end of Runescape because of some silly little non-entity? Thanks.

I'm really going to have to try this. Fml for it being first thing in the morning so I've got to wait until tonight >.< But it sounds really awesome.

Someone who isn't an idiot and does things just to annoy people. Maturity, in my opinion, is considering the feelings of other people. Wether it's their views on a topic, or their feelings in a certain situation. Being able to understand and act appropriately. Not being silly all the time, and being responsible.
  5. Couldn't the same be said for every other country? It could. *shrugs*
  6. I am very disappoint :( I just hope this won't make too big of a difference. God knows the Tory papers will be ALL over it.
  7. You will see.... And yes i know it might be bit hard to believe, but i won't tell my sources. If this turns out to be false Racheya will eat your head. Srsly Hem hem. Dinner time :P
  8. Zomfgcongrats! I didn't see you when you were an admin, but you were an epic mod fo'sure so... win! :D
  9. Makes me wonder if England would be a superpower by now, if America didn't exist. And I do agree that if they hadn't been invented by Americans they were bound to be invented some other time or place - even if it was years and years later. I want to try and keep this thread from turning into a USA vs World argument, debate these things nicely please :P And oh yeah, if America didn't exist - neither would Twilight and Disney channel.
  10. I'm going to be interested in how well held the BBC debate on Thursday is. The ITV one was pretty decent imo, the Sky one was a bit of a shamble. Aside from the obvious Murdoch bias and whatnot, why did they feel the need to clutter half the TV with the question and a band of news just in case you got bored... I really like the BBC so I'll be disappointed if it isn't neutral. Well I'm in Bolton south east, and I remember reading that the Tories are targeting areas where Labour majority might be questioned because of the influx of Lib dem supporters. It explains the huge number of Tory posters I've seen knocking around, including a conveniently placed 'I caused record youth unemployment, let me do it again.' poster right near my college <_<
  11. Reminds me of the other day at my college, when we had a visit from 5 of the local MP candidates. The main three, as well as UKIP and the Green party. There is a BNP candidate around here (we got a leaflet through the door today) but they didn't invite her to our quite multi-ethnic college for some reason  The Labour candidate was quite interesting and I found the UKIP candidate to be quite amusing and engaging. I think they were all pretty decent speakers, but I think I'm leaning towards Labour (not that I'd tell my parents). I think it's much easier for other parties to criticise Labour because they've been the ones in power. It's easy to criticise Labour's past policies far more than it is for Labour to criticise other parties' possible policies. I think I'm kinda with my Sociology teacher on this one. They're all rubbish, New Labour is horrible - but anything is better than the Tories. It's not like it'll matter in my area - my constituency has been labour since it was created and wins with like a 75% majority. So no matter how many people are disillusioned with Labour and how many posters the Conservatives put up, I don't think Labour will lose this seat.
  12. Your Dad does not give away half of his money so that mythical dole scrounging immigrants can hoover it up. He pays it in tax so that the welfare system of this country can continue to support the entire nation (and, most likely, you) This. If there's one person to never listen to about politics, it's your dad :P Especially if he's the sort to read The Sun, like mine is  I've found that dads, more often than not, are really uniformed about politics and are really not the most... insightful people into political issues XD

Today I had a fun day out shopping, something I haven't really done in a long time. I mostly managed to put off my stupid nervousness and all that, where I'm paranoid about needing to get back home. Although when it hit 4 o'clock I was a bit worried about having to get home. Y'know... I just was. But my friend got me this gorgeous jacket, almost a bit like a suit jacket and it was only £5. I've got this really cool pen that looks like a syringe, too. :D But I guess it was too much effort having fun earlier, so my head has gone boom into perpetual headache mode and I just want to go to asleep. Bleh <_<
  14. This. Manchester plox :P But yeah - stupid prices. If they stay this high, I highly doubt I can afford it. :(
  15. Nobody is going to believe you unless you provide proof, tbh. There's no use claiming it's something without proof. I guess we'll see, though...
  16. Guys, stick to the discussion of the Twitter update and not other fansites please :)
  17. Indeed, very well deserved and just as I would expect! You two are brilliant members of the team and I'm really glad for your promotions!! :D You'll both do great. Even you, Rainy :P
  18. The dub is great *glomps Vic Mignogna* Also, after many trials and struggles, I managed to burn an Umineko episode to DVD (with subs!) I am very excite! I'd probably buy a USA/Europe release if there ever was one, but since I don't see that happening (Higurashi Kai hasn't ever been dubbed), I'm gonna have to burn my own DVDs. I had to get the raw scrips from gg for the episodes, then add them on manually. Which might be a problem for when I want to try and burn Higurashi Kai since they're not easily available. Oh mkv... I love you and hate you so much...
  19. If you have an article or story for the Tip.It times - send it in to one of our editorial panel or Mirrorforced who is our editor in chief :)
  20. All I want is a Star Trek future, and I'll be happy :P I do think aliens exist, I just hope some day we can find them :D
  21. If you have any suggestions for DYKs (we can run out of them pretty quickly), then PM them to a Times member or Mirrorforced.
  22. Can we avoid a UK vs USA war, and focus on the convention? :P Jagex held it in the UK because that's where they are. If Runefest is a huge hit, they may very well have one in the US. But, since this is the first time they've done this, it's completely logical to hold it in London.
  23. Wow, that's really *really* good. I'm going to have to keep my eye on that, thanks! :D
  24. I'm not sure I could convince my parents to let me travel to London and stay overnight. And I wish I had an IRL friend who I could go with but I don't really have any people willing to travel to London just for a Runescape convention =/ It's a 4 hour journey by train so that's not *too* bad. I did that for the Nottingham thing that they had at Game City...
