Mith drag can drop Dragon Spear and Dragon med helm as uncommon drop and Dragon visage and Dragon full helm as extreme-rare. They do drop Blood and Soul runes as fairly common drop, rune bars, and level 3 clue scroll. By the way, the chewed bones are rare drop by mith dragons
