There are some more reasons for a slump tbh, wich you can't controle. I got some examples from dutch clanning =P~ . The TOP 5 was locked back at the good times, Rdc #1, Ak #2, 2M #3, RT #4 and Luna #5. Ak died, the members where spreaded into lots of clans. Faith(#6) Died and RT got a big member boost, most Faith joined RT. Luna died, Lots of them went to Rt&Rdc, almost everyone wich gave Rt&Rdc a membersboost. Rt died, everyone joined RDC, wich made RDC clearly the #1 with a big gap between the #2. Rdc had 130+ on their main ml and lots of fa's/retireds at this point. The most succesfull time of Rdc, with the famous uncapped run in against TR. After couple of months, Rt reopened wich made 50+ members leave RDC. A big hit for them, but that wasn't everything. More members started to leave after each other, wich made the gap between #1 and #2 close. Now days Rdc got a memberlist of 65 inc Fa's. That shows that slumping isnt in controle of the staff. But there is also a kind of slump wich doesnt happen often. There is always a "favorite" ranker in a clan. Lots of people join/stay (in) the clan because of this person. The "favorite" doesnt agree with the staff, gets demoted or whatever and leaves. Wich makes 9/10 of his "fans" go after him. Happend in Dutch Generation.

Regarding liability issues with sites/forums, I can see that coming actually; and do agree. Though a voice client is crucial and CAN be done to limit its abuse, how else is it that consoles like xbox 360/ps3 have the system fully integrated not flawlessly but to a point where you`d really have to try hard to abuse. That won't work with the current rs rules. How should they block offensive language and so on. Clans should be able to find their own teamspeak. What Jagex does for the clanning is ok, maybe some more worlds and I'll be happy \

Pking is like a chain in dutch clanning :lol: Rt or Rdc plans a pk, 2m plans one to hunt them and than rt/rdc goes out to help the other. Dg&sow used to pk together but I haven't hear of them much last times. And a other dutch clan who goes often PvP is Aeon, but mostly matched fights.

On this beautiful Thursday 4 June, where we have all voted for the European Union had the plenary top 3 of The Netherlands resists a PK, is RDC 2M and RT, for all clans was it approximately weak prep. At 8 o'clock we (2Mighty) left of BH in search to go to RT. However was that of course a smattering false hope came knowing that RDC also out were of course, and we that as firstly against: P. After that, we scouted some worlds off for Reinvented Truth. They where found rapidly we, and after what seemed on geaarzel of RT' s side decided attack them nevertheless and this way most severe it separately. GF RT and RDC, I think that it is, however, clear how near we sit all around #1 now. Respect for both clans, vid coming. After a discus about capping it and with or withour food we managed to arrange the war,Topic. We had a very bad sign up, because of the weather here in Holland. We only had 11 on 100%. We started up massing with only 15 on teamspeak knowing that TR was going to pull 35. We couldn't let them gain the points while we have to earn them so the callers had a chat with each other to fix everything up. Startings: PoR: 15 Tr:35[2dc's after countdown] Summary(from dutch boards, make by kevinmoorden): We started our first pile on an hybrid which nearly immediately Knock out went. In the beginning it was looking like the titans would own us, but thanks to our piles,organisation and ko' s did we managed to come back rapidly. Because Tr wasn't binding anymore after seeing some of their members getting ko'd it became easy to tank for our tanks. Titan revolution wanted to crash our organisation by catching our callers and important rankers but we are no w141 clan we have enough backups (EMRE?!?!?!?! )for taking the pile. After some ko's after ko's we managed to take the lead. My compliments to all PoR members which could refuel this way rapidly as a result of which we could make the difference. At this point RT asked RDC for the fight/RDC invited them self (wichever you like best:p). After waiting 10/10minuts @ gds w 57 we went rushing RT, with only 10 Rdc at that point.
