  1. haha, what ? Also what? I have a mother with a good wage, I work part time as a baker, and work part time as a police officer which is supposedly voluntary but I do get paid for it. Oh, I though you meant you were a mother. And I didn't realise you could be a part time police officer, as a volunteer.
  2. I still contest the fact that it is a "hill". Gentle downward gradient, yes. Hill? Not so sure :-D
  3. Actually, I quite like the HDR, it's a lot better than anything I've produced lol
  4. Well I think everyone has very good points, and it's fair to say I agree with them. You want a teacher who you respect enough to listen to, but yet can have fun with. I guess it's about striking up that balance between being strict and fun. An other thing I find weird is that if I go on to do a teaching course, I will only be 21 when I graduate, which seems way too young.
  5. What do you think makes a good teacher? Now, I don't necessarily mean a school teacher, but qualities do you associate with a teacher you like, enjoy having classes with, or helps you to learn? The reason I ask this is because I'm *thinking* about taking up teaching after I finish my BA in Geography, but I'm still not sure about whether I'd make a good teacher or not. So think about good teachers you've had before, and what made them a good teacher.
  6. This is the exact problem with it though. How exactly do Theologians decide which stories we should interpret literally, and which ones we cannot? For nearly 2000 years they claimed the story of creation was to be taken literally, it is only now that we have evidence of the Earth's age that they decide to take it as a metaphor.
  7. Tears of Guthix? Or do you hate quests that much. And the Quests are pretty fun, some good humour and stories. In saying that, I've just blasted my way through about 40 in less than 3 weeks...
  8. I'm taking that as a "yes"
  9. The second rock (for the same skill) is usually a lot more difficult to find.
  10. haha, what ? Also what?
  11. Undo, I'm sure deep down you are a normal person, but your insatiable appetite for trolling means that unless you change your attitude, no-one will ever take you seriously. You last remark sort of confirms that.
  12. like 150-200...maybe. I'd say it isn't worth it there, unless you have atleast a tort, because of the space it takes up, and it doesn't take that long to fill up and invy.

^ This man speaks the truth. Most of these new age cartoons are crap, filled with horrible characters and random, annoying plots.
  14. Nice progress. I have also made a comeback, about a month and a half before exams... Dunno why Do you have quest cape? That's my current plan, seeing as I lack the focus for getting a 99
  15. Yeah, I just wouldn't text her. Although usually that kind of confidence and decisiveness is attractive, if they are one of those annoying confident types, rather than naturally confident it's not a good thing.

Nice, how much are they worth? Pretty rare. Oh, and good stuff for finishing year 11
  20. Well actually we are omnivores. But I agree, many of their arguments are terrible. The only arguments that have kind of merit are some of the moral ones that relate to sources of meat, like indoor farmed pigs etc. But personally, I don't think any of the meat that we get at our supermarkets is imported (well that I buy at least), so I don't have any problems on moral grounds in that sense.
  21. What I don't like about the bible and theologians is that they decide what is to be taken literally and what is up for interpretation. This seems like another one of this things, like the 7 days of creation. Not sure about the validity of the science though.
  22. Not at your level
