I'm not going for LOTS OF CHARMS here, but it would just be nice if i got some charms or decent drops while i trained my MAGE to 75. Sorry if i confused people, i just wanted to get 75 mage. :thumbup:

Okay, so I am going to try and get at least one skill up to the level requirement needed for the last four quests i can't do. One each week. I need 75 mage but i've never really trained my mage (at least not that well) before. I was planning on using ancient maging to also get some summoning charms with this goal. What would be the best monster for me to try and mage? I'd prefer to not lose a lot of money, but i'm willing to lose around 2m.

Erm, I was just getting all the last few rewards from Summer's ends (since i'm very bored...) and I decided to do some snooping cause i had my orb with me. Luckily i got tb'ed and just decided to use it to pass the time... and I found this in the high level wildy. :ohnoes: :shock: Taken on Wednesday, February 3 2010 I went as far north east as possible from the Rogue's castle and then again used my orb to get the rest of the way... sorry it's in standard detail. Does anyone know if this is the "ghost ship" we heard about during the strange power or not? And also, I don't think that this ship has been used in any quests. Or am i just really ignorant when I do my quests? :^_^:

I was always under the impression that they were 1:500, but that's probably off. I've killed about the same as you, 1 shield, 0 elixirs. There is no way to tell how many you would have to kill, it's all RNG. That's what i always assumed too. i have no idea really but I guess I will just keep killing. I know it's all RNG but i'm still hoping i get that drop sometime soon =p

Does anyone know an approximate drop rate for the holy elixer drop from tormented wraiths? I've killed somewhere in the neighborhood of ~150 now and gotten two spirit shield drops and I was just wondering how many i'd have to kill for the Holy elixer drop. :mrgreen: Thanks :thumbup:

Okay, thanks to both of you. I looked over the guide and I am doing some of the tips. =D thanks. And now i won't waste time by going to check my cactus every fifteen minutes =p thanks.

Earlier today I planted a cactus seed in al khirad, and I was just wondering how long it takes until i can check it's health. Also I planted a Willow and I want to know when to check the health of that too. Thanks, I'm not a huge farmer, so any help on training my level would also be appreciated. EDIT: I just checked on the tree and i could check it's health.

My New Year's Resolution is to not drink soda for the year 2010. So far so good, Oh and did I mention that my mom bough my favorite pop to drink? >.< now I sit and have to watch my brother drink it all. grrr... it's gonna be one fun year, Lots of sweet tea, and gatorade. haha :thumbsup:

I found this quest especially difficult, cause i have low range and mage... but I still managed it after about 5 trips of dying or almost dying. I used the blast spells, and mystic top and bottom, niet, and had to pay very close attention. I think i ended up barely beating her with like maybe one shark left (out of i think 20) and then i barely beat her then. It was a tough battle for me but the way to beat the mother easiest is by stepping back and then praying whatever she attacks with, and keep your mage attack high. For the sentinals, idk, the didn't seem to too much of a problem for me, I just kinda killed both of them pretty easily with balmung. Just make sure you keep rotating after every about 20+ hit on one, you hit the other till you get about 20+ then repeat. Overall I think the sentinals were cake, but the mother was very click intensive and quick decisiveness. it may take a few tries but don't give up, and remember, keep a ring of life just in case.

Indeed, this is a lot harder than it sounds when you actually try to do it(without crying at least), but trust me you will feel a lot better about yourself and your understanding once you have done it. I have lost almost all of my grandparents, (and this was all by the age of 13... I am 16 going on 17 now...) and each time was harder to deal with because I got to know them more and more; and knowing that I was never going to see them again didn't help me at all. I can only imagine how hard it must be to take this, but the fact remains. It's the sad truth that HE is the one that died, NOT you... I hate to say it but once you realize this it makes everything you think about it much clearer and you will find yourself not crying as much. At least that has worked for me. Really all you can do now is go on, living your life. Keep him as an example and learn from his mistakes... Other than that you can't really do much about him being dead once he is buried. except.... :cry:

Yes you can hally, using a black one of course. I would recommend using the door safespot so you don't have to switch prayer on and off and almost no risk of getting hit. Isn't the book form the most widely sold book behind The Bible? yah my teacher told me that Yes it is. But the bible (religion aside...) is the most widely sold today and will be for some time in the future... lol, Definitly this is true. I would watch this sitcom too. Hah, this example reminded me of my favorite book... It's called Wizard's First Rule and it is by Terry Goodkind. It tells a story of how... well i won't go into the book now. Anyway the main point is that the "wizard's first rule" is that People will believe anything given that the thing to be believed in COULD by true, or the people will believe it just as most people do.(bandwagon effect) What reminded me about the book was when you said he had no proof and no chance to defend himself, just instantly clicked. I knew what I was thinking about. :lol:

Does halberding work on the wraiths? If so how would I go about hallying it? (I mean do you have a recommendation on where to safe spot it at?)

I did this and it wouldn't allow me to talk in runescape so i had to turn it on and off but it would randomly just shut down is there a way to fix it? The only way to keep doing the hold down ctrl key and type at the same time would be do have the automatic hold on and then also be holding it down... :wall: But that is only if you still have it on. Really if you want to talk you can either drop all the logs and then turn it off, or just turn it off. Other than that I don't think there would be a way to do that... :|
