I've never really done GWD before, but since the new boss nex just came out, i was curious as to how I might go about obtaining the kill count and the drop count necessary to get into the room. I just want to get in and train killing on the kills before Nex, cause I know i will die at nex. =p :thumbsup:

I was just wondering if i could put on a soul wars cape with full prossy mitre etc, and put that pray on as my quick setting, and make as many pots as i wanted using pray pots as well, but I guess that I will just have to continue with the logging trick. *sigh* it's gonna be a long time. Does anyone know if the berserker prayer applies to ALL stats, or COMBAT stats only? I read in the tip.it guide and it says that it's combat only, but I read on the description in game that it just extends how long all of the stats stay boosted, so I was wondering which one it is. If it applies to ALL stats then does anyone know how long it will keep my herblore level boosted for ext attacks instead of the normal ~45 seconds? Thanks for your help in advance!

Also, note that while there was a post above that said the berserker prayer extended the boost, it only pertains to combat stats and not herblore and such.

The bersker prayer only pertains to combat stats i think. However to answer the question, no. There is no way in game that i know of to make your boosts last longer than they already do.

What i meant more was has anyone gone to all of the other locations after getting their first? Is it possible that this is just one long sequence of places we get elite clues from, or is it just the free one elite? :mrgreen:

We should probably make up a list of possible places for others, and see if this is just specific to ONE PLACE ONE PERSON, or if it has some relevancy to a treasure trail, of treasure trails. =p

I didn't have either elf, nor the lunar peng one... once i get my mage level and enough of my goals done i will go on a search for where mine is and tell where i found it... i'm thinking near ooglog, or possibly one in the wildy?

Okay, so I have elite void, and a z spear from questing and slayer. :thumbsup: I don't care much for dharoks, as I just dislike using it. I can't get the elite falador diary done, but I am working on seers atm, so should i use the lamps from that on pray, or herblore (i plan on having about 88 when i complete this). So to conclude I should wear: Full elite void melee sw cape? fury z spear d boots combat ring Are there any changes that I should make or swaps; or is this probably the best I can do without chaotics, and extremes atm?

Today i got 81 herblore and made all of the nests and toadflax pots into sara brews. I ended up looking and seeing that the unfinished pot is only 4k while the crushed nests are like 5.5k! So I decided that I would hunt the mole and turn in it's claws and skins to wyson so I can make more potions as I try to raise my herblore level. My question is, What is the optimal set-up for hunting the mole? I will be using whatever is the best suggested one that I can so any help will be much appreciated. Any suggested setups that work better than prossy with sw cape? and I have access to pretty much any weapon that you can think of except chaotics so any help with that would be much appreciated. =D :thumbsup: Thanks for everyone's help.

On the guide it says that you need level 74 to plant the ugune herb, but in game it says that i only need 70 to plant ugune.

Just solo c1 all floors except the last 5-10 levels that you can do and then either: Find a lard 5:5 team and do the last 5-10 floors Solo c6 med the last 5 or less :thumbsup: Good luck!

Just a warning- in game, the task says that you need to make the potion anywhere in seer's villiage. This is incorrect. It has to be made within the range guild. I was trying to complete the same task with stews the other day. I wasted three +5 boosts, making lots of potions in different areas of seers, trying to figure out why the task was not being completed. I finally looked it up and found out I had to be in the range guild- don't make the same mistake I did #-o ahhh, Thank you very very much for that. I probably would have ended up doing the same thing that you did. After this new quest comes out I plan on completing this and a few other diaries so this has been a big help.

hmmm, well I don't have 300m atm, BUT, I'm guessing that most of the 300m comes from levels beyond being able to stew and make extreme range pots correct? =D

Okay, so for the Elite diary in seer's, i need to make an extreme pot all in the confines of seer's village. What i want to know is, what is the fastest way to train my herblore up to that level, and what level, if any should i pot from?

In the beginning it's not really worth it to even solo the levels c6 med until you get ~60 dungeoneering at least imo. I just prestige as high as possible then get the last floor as c6 and med.

The best way to get them is to buy, and also do trouble brewing for "the stuff." Using the stuff you can also brew and increase your chances of getting an ale that is (m). other than that you can't do much if you've finished the quests that have it as a reward. :thumbsup:

During my fight i took off my helm as i was hiding from his illusion special, withdrew the scrolls and then put the hat back on, and waited till i could just spam him. don't worry about getting your range back up once you get out the kyatt, your specs won't hit often just keep your health bar at around 500+ and you will be fine till zerker. At zerker mode, just pray melee, keep near a pillar and if you need to heal quickly click back beyond his melee reach, double click a brew with at least 2 sips, and then step back out after you click spam. rinse repeat. :thumbsup:

Just pray melee, and then spam those ambush scrolls. I had i think 84 defense when I beat him finally and with a full war tort i finally beat him with like 3 doses of sara to go. :thumbsup: good luck!

I agree with the above poster; however, you are aware that during this weekend your summoning only boosts 1.1 the entire weekend no matter what correct?

I just completed this quest two days ago, and i have no stats near any of yours. I ranged and as you have. but it didn't do much damage until I used the kyatt. With my stats i had to hug the pillar to heal and stuff but pretty much once you get to the bezerker stage it's all down hill from there. Just spam the ambush scrolls after you've used up the rest of your brews. You should be fine to own him in no time. :thumbsup:
