RuneScape Artwork I'm working on.
I'm so envious of you :x I have never had that creative spark in me. I pick up a pencil with this great, bright idea in my head, but I can never get it to appear how I want it to look. My drawings are crap :? My anatomy fails blah blah blah. Enough about me. Looks great, most of the fan artwork is usually really bad (like I can talk ) but this is really good. Can't wait to see it in colour ;)

IRL Celebs on RS...
Who says only WoW is limited to celebs? It might be 3-D, and cost $20 a month (which basically falls out of your [wagon] if you are a celebrity) but essentialy, like runescape, it's just a game. There is nothing overly special about it. Maybe people like to left-click up there in hollywood, you never know.

Quickchat "exp needed" bug
nothing new there, it only counts the experience required from one level to the next. It doesn't automatically update :P

A runescape that I would like to see.
Essentially you are saying there is no economy for weapons and stuff. And making a whole new runescape just doesn't sound right :?

A New Skill: Boating
Looks alright, I'm not a fan of anything to do with sailing, boating, etc. as a skill though :?

The Contemporary Spellbook
I like the new update to the spellbook, very well done :) You might want to make it drop more valuable drops (the elemental demon I mean) to make it more worthwhile killing in f2p. I'd suggest noted ores/fish/logs/etc. just so it is more worthwhile. Nice job though

F2P Boss Monster - Elvarg | 30+ supporters! | NEW! Support siggy's!
You can already get fishing gloves from the FoG minigame :D I'll add you as support, but why do you think draconic armour is a bad idea? Maybe it can be degradable? Maybe it can degrade twice as fast in PvP? It is non-tradeable also. Just some ideas to help balance it out. Honestly, corrupt dragon armour was given to f2p pkers, so why not a new armour set for f2p PVE'ers? Adding a good rate of rune items could seriously mess around with the current prices, and I don't want smithing to be dragged down further with a massive influx of rune items. So they are going to be rare drops at the moment, unless smithing gets a major revamp. Corrupt dragon armour is only available in PvP. As of now I don't know of any f2p monsters that drop it. So it will stay a PvP only set. I chose Elvarg because she has a solid background to work with for a quest, and already has a quest to build upon. If you only really have a problem with the armour, then I'll tell you it isn't as good as dragon armour, but it's a step above rune armour in terms of stats. It is non-tradeable, will degrade within an hour on normal worlds, and within half an hour on PvP worlds/BH worlds. It will cost around 500K to make the whole set using original Rune armour, and CAN be repaired at the cost of 300K for the platebody, 200K for the platelegs, 100K for the helm, and around 50K for the boots. To make the entire set will require you to kill Elvarg around 12 times, assuming you get the dragon leather drop all the time (she drops 3 pieces of dragon leather at a time, meaning 3x12= 36 pieces of leather required, and you also need Elvargs head for the helm). So, I reckon the armour is worth the effort. It wouldn't give any major advantages in PvP (they would still be weak against rangers but powerful against rangers), it would help players in PvE stand up to tough monsters a bit better (like Elvarg for instance ;)) and will look pretty darn sweet if I can do a good job on it.

F2P Boss Monster - Elvarg | 30+ supporters! | NEW! Support siggy's!
Giving f2p access to a boss monster is a GREAT marketing tool, because they know that membership opens up to them a world of boss monsters to sink there teeth (or blade ;)) into. So, it's a win-win situation for Jagex, f2p AND p2p :D thanks for the support btw.

Which one?
Mining Runite is actually very good money, you can make up to 400K an hour just mining Runite. But to get to that stage takes a very long time, around 6 months of heavy mining (typically powermining unless you plan to smith the ores later). If you are planning to smith, mine coal until you have a decent amount, don't sell it though. Once you hit 85 mining you can mine your own addy/mith ores and smelt them for decent smithing experience. Saves a lot of money. I wouldn't smelt runite though, it's too good :P. If you don't want to spend all your time for about 6+ months on a (rather boring) skill, then I'd go fishing or woodcutting. They take around 2-4 months to get to 99 if you can play around 2-4 hours a day (if you can play more then it'll go very quickly). Woodcutting is probably the most profitable to 99.

Ideas for doubling the ammount of junk in my bank?
Ya, basically just buy all the useless junk like buckets, pots, bowls, etc etc etc and different charges of rings of dueling, games necklace, and other cheap teleports. Also buying ores, logs, fish, and any other collectable item will work also. Vegetables, fruit, cheap seeds...I could go on. Basically anything of little value that you can get a lot of and acquire easily. Most notably different kinds of food from the cooking skill and such (and there raw/burnt versions).

What 99 with this money cap?
Honestly, just do the cape you most prefer. I'd say con is out of your price range atm (it will require at least 100M+ to train effectively), and Herblore costs a solid 120M to 99. So I'd suggest Runecrafting, crafting, or smithing as a 99, in that order of preference. You'll make a solid 300M getting 99 Runecrafting, which you can use to train con, crafting, smithing, etc.

99 str help!
Armoured Zombies or Zombie monkeys are the way to go, I'd mix up your training between the two.

What is the best way to make money in free to play?
Definitely GOP unless you can bother to get 85 mining. Trust me, it is extremely difficult :x

Aquanite Droplist
Are you freaking serious that thing drops D chain? @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Lol okay it's not that epic, but it's got some okay drops. I'd stick with the higher levelled slayer monsters though personally :P

Help test a game in Cambridge
Considering how glitched everything Jagex releases is, like the Aquanites not giving melee exp or several of MA's game modes being down on release, more testing applies to EVERY update. Omg, are you serious? Aquanites didn't give melee exp? It's part of the Ice Cavern or whatever it's called... South of Port Sarim. You can tell by just looking at the mini-map, plus there are ice warriors and ice giants in the same area, plus it's all icy/snowy. Sorry dude, no new GWD

lootshare
Basically, anyone in your clan chat with lootshare on (the moneybag symbol in the top right-hand corner) has lootshare potential. Any players within a 16-square space around the monster killed will have a fair chance of getting the loot from that particular monster. So basically, it doesn't count on how much damage you inflict on said monster, it merely helps to split loot fairly end equally among players in the clan chat. Also, everytime you don't recieve the drop, your drop potential increases, making sure that you have a better chance of getting the drop the next time around :) really good at cockroaches and other monsters like that :P

laws vs nats - RCing choice?
Laws are definitely better until 91 Runecrafting comparing to Nats. But once you hit 91 Runecrafting, you can get up to 1M an hour, so Laws aren't as good :P

Yeah gold amulets are pretty good, but I'm not sure how well they sell :P
