  1. dude, good luck. Mining isn't easy lol, I give up training 10 minutes into powermining iron ore :? you're already halfway there. Keep it up
  2. good luck dude, I've always wanted to make a tank, but I always give up -.- don't be like me
  3. Putting it in new posts can save people the lagg, but honestly, it just becomes annoying to read. You have a first post, barely updated, then all these updates through pages upon pages of blog. To go through them all to see past achievements will just take forever. I'd take lagg over impossible to keep track of. Some people seem to like the layout of my blog, heck it out and post if you wish
  4. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Agility_training a really good guide, explains the best methods. Includes the new agility courses as well :) good luck with 99 agility, it's one of my favourite skills :P
  5. Here is a video explaining the entire process: [yt]E9uQ_gz4FSM[/yt] Demand for the glass is pretty stable, as people use it to train via glassblowing, which can provide a decent amount of experience, but comes with a loss. Super glassmake comes with the following: -up to 70K exp per hour for crafting -Up to 40K mage exp per hour -Up to 300K profit per hour (possibly more) I'd stick with super glassmake, it is the most profitable and decent experience. Don't bother with hides, this method is ftw  if you need any more help just ask.
  6. I hope noone writes a guide about it. When all the mage pures who want money training mage get wind of this, they'll screw it up for everyone else. Besides, there are more conventional methods of training magic. For now, the trouble is the crafters... But super glassmake is the way to go. Don't abuse it ;)
  7. I definitely agree that if you enjoy something, you should do it. What I don't agree with is doing something you enjoy, while impacting more important things such as school. Even though I'm not at a major point in my schooling year, I definitely could of put more effort in if I didn't play game(s) (not necessarily runescape, although it does take up a majority of my gaming time). I am currently focusing on schoolwork more than runescape, and I can see a major improvement. I believe that when I look back at my playing time, and my account once I have passed my HSC and get out of school, I'll be happy that I enjoyed myself playing a game I enjoy whilst getting on top of my schoolwork and doing other, more constructive things. So, in a small summation, balance is key to gaming, especially when it comes to runescape. If you keep the balance in the 1+ years you play and look back at what you've done, you can proudly say "I enjoyed it, and I kept it under control". So, it will all be worth it :D
  8. if the armour: a) looks pwnage B) is hard to get or c) statistically is pwnage then no, they're cost is fine.
  9. I love jokes about sport, even if I don't know who the hell the cardinals are. Superbowl is groudine, right? (hope I spelt it right :?). I'd have to say that untrimmed summon wipes all of these across the floor. Imagine how long it would take keeping everything else under 99 :ohnoes:
  10. What's a life? I read about them in a book once, it told me to go outside. I did, the graphics were horrible. If runescape were to end, I'd go out with friends more, get a bit fitter, jog ore than I do, and go outside more than I already do. PLEEEEEASE DON'T DIE RUNESCAEPE!!!!!!!!11!11!11
  11. What job :| Acting? :| How about getting smashed at parties and causing 20-car pile-ups?
  12. In principle, you can answer this question by finding the in-game location coordinates (treasure trail coordinates) of the northernmost, southernmost, easternmost and westernmost points on the map. A quick look at the locator learns that the present continent spans from 30° North through 20° south. That means the continent takes 50/180 of the planet on the north-south axis. On the east-west axis, the present map spans approximately 55°, thus 55/180 of the planet. Multiplying, we see the present world map takes 8% of the entire runescape planet. I don't think so. They may make it so that you end up in the east when you go far enough to the west and vice versa, but since you can't cover a spere with square tiles, I don't think they'll make an actual sphere. Nice work there ;) I never was good at geography and all that :? If the continent currently only takes up 8% of the planet (assuming it's round), then we have a lot we can build on :)
  13. Hehe like this? [yt]CFYD3rE87D0[/yt] Actually If they made a 1-hour rs comedy based off of this stuff I might end up watching it
  14. I'll never join an IRC chat in my life lol. Thank god I never pk ;)
  15. I really want to play rsc, but I only started playing runescape in 2005 :( I would love to play it. I hope that the rsc servers mod MMG spoke about will be close to what the original game was like :)
  16. I only add people I know really well, e.g. friends from school, (about 20/30 of my friends list...) and people I have known for a long time in the game (like when I first started). So, my friends list will never be full (Unless I meet like an extra 150+ friends irl...). If they ask me for help, I help them then they say "friends?" I'll just say "sorry, I don't really know you". They usually say kk and kthxbye :P
  17. this. Blast furnace is fun, and making mith bolts (unf) will lose you next to nothing. And, at 80K exp/hr it is great :D OR, if you have 77 mage and done lunar diplomacy, you can super glassmake your way to 99 crafting. You'll get around 70-80K exp an hour and make about 200-300K an hour off it. Thats a lot of money if you are going for 99 :)
  18. KBD is good, but I personally prefer coinshare. Everyone gets a slice of the $$$ cake :
  19. well said
  20. I'd love to see this fixed :D
  21. Yeah it has to do with the graphics card you are currently using. I'm using an intel gfx card and have the same problem on high detail. Also, some animations don't appear. I usually play on standard detail though ;)

I come from a heavily-catholic background, my family goes to church every weekend and they say grace before every meal. Doesn't mean I do. I'd say I'm more of an agnostic, despite actually been "signed up" to the Catholic faith. My parents don't hate me for it, but they are disappointed. They're always saying, "pray, it's good for you". And when I ask them to repsect my feelings, they say "I don't give a [bleep] what you think you're going to mass". So, in the end, I have ended up resenting God, Religion, and most importantly the most boring time of the week...mass -.- Religion promotes many good values, like peace, goodwill, and all that crap. But the people who go to church and actually follow the faith barely show any of these characteristics. In summation, the rules & regulations are fine, but the authorities aren't very good at cracking down on those who break them, if you know what I mean. Besides, I'm a "seeing is believing" guy. If I don't see any proof (which I don't in the current circumstances with korea, poverty, drought, and war) then I'm not buying the full product. My 10 cents.
  23. Wow, If you have a screenie could you post it please? Maybe we can see what's happening. And if they're abusing a bug/glitch they're screwed :?
  24. you just summed the entire family up.
  25. Sounds like a very good idea :) I'd really like to see someone behead Elvarg (even if it isn't me ;)) to remember the good 'ol days (I missed the cutscene :().
