Online dating, if you know the person, is alright. And I mean going on a dating site, getting to know a bit about them, then finally meeting up somewhere. Of course there is danger in that as well (they can always make up there info) but the problem here is it is runescape. It's a game. Not a "Habbo Hotel". When I was a kid I'd see all this bf/gf stuff and want to get involved, but I never did. Now I'm older, I just laugh at it. Telling a pixelated character you love them is as bad as falling in love with a Manga character. It's STUPID.

I have never cut a yew tree down, and don't think I will. They are quite pathetic for experience, mediocre for cash, and although they aren't packed on p2p worlds they are a waste of time. I chop down eucs, they are heaps better and I make around the same cash and more experience than yews :)

LOLZ U FAIL NERD GET OUTTA YOUR MOMS BASEMENT ^ That's what you'll get from about 90% of the RS population if you kill them, try to kill them, get killed by them, escape being killed by them, step within 3 feet of "their" tree, fire, rock, hellhound, whatever. I guess this rant is about that most people are SOMEWHAT intelligent (they've survived up to this point, right?) and yet they're stupid enough to not show it. Not that I PK, but my friend does heavily, and gets these sorts of remarks all the time when he kills people. Because everyone knows, all the stupid 10 year-old kids get 99 strength and pk :roll:

I don't train combat much on my main as I prefer skilling, but honestly staying at level 3 is pojntless. Sure, you can prefer skills to combat, but completely avoiding combat is just pojntless and crippling. I might prefer skilling to combat, but going head-to-head against some tough SOB's is a lot of fun ;)

Eh, it happens all the time. Try going to Yaks on an empty world, you'll be alone for about 10 minutes max. Then about 5 rangers come and steall ALL your kills.

Lets hope on the way down it gets a bit of bounce and comes up a bit, only to be suspended in zero-gravity at around 1M ;)

I believe I have a theoretical answer to this question. Or statement. Or whatever :| Essentially, the egg cannot come into existence without the chicken, which lays the egg. So, thinking about that, the chicken comes before the egg. HOWEVER, you must also take into account the chicken laying the egg. They, too, came from an egg, and if they weren't hatched out of an egg there would be no "new egg". So, in summation, I can safely say that the question is completely stupid. As a statement, however, it has its sentimental value ;) Combat is overrated in levelling terms (e.g. lvl 130 been better than a lvl 90) but it is stupid to completely denounce it, for example level 3 skillers. You can prefer skilling over combat, but to try and avoid combat is impossible. It makes up about 80% of the game :?

Wow, I barely play castle wars...still at level 1 :? how embarassing... I don't usually spend time getting the tickets though, I just play it for fun. It is probably my favourite minigame, even though I don't play it much (I don't play most minigames :P). Very interesting analysis though :thumbsup:

Ooooh, I get to brag about how smexy I am : I'm quite well built for my age. I do boxing, I jog about 4 hours a day, and go to the gym 2-5 hours a week (depending how much homework I have. I usually pick either jogging or the gym). I eat quite a lot, but because I keep active I usually stay at an average weight for my age (I'm 14, weighing about 65 Kilo's. I'm short as well :|).

I must say, I disagree with all your beliefs :P Reminds me that we all don't think alike, makes life more intresting : Well if there was complete equality in life, noone would move forward with new, innovative ideas. No new music, art, etc. would be created because we'd all be the same. And eventually, you'd just go insane. Thank God there is Runescape, where there is no equals : As I said before, I like the viewpoints the Catholic faith promotes (well, some of them. Some are just incredibly stupid, and attempt equality. Which is stale and boring -.-). I just don't agree with the extra ones the catholic church puts forward, there own perceptions and ideas. So, essentialy, all catholics are following the rules of "mortals", when the divine laws are meant to come from god. Which just doesn't make sense. I have a lot of experience with the catholic faith, I just don't believe that one god could let the world he created go to hell. That and, according to what's recorded in the bible, a major divine act hasn't been recorded in about 2000 years. So, there is no god, because he goes against everything the caholic faith teaches about him.

My brother freaked out over this (he is very easy to convince about end of the world scenarios and he is also very, VERY stupid ;)) and I just told him to shutup. He couldn't sleep basically. I went to see Knowing, and he wouldn't go with me because of the end of the world part. What a dumb crap :|

Obviously WoW is going to be the main one. If people will kill themselves over a game which isn't all that great, they'll end up hacking into the computer network wherever they work and playing WoW. That could cause all sorts of trouble. But it should apply to all mmo's. Now this may be OT, but it links back to runescape in the sense that if you don't have balance, you are forever doomed to be that fat lonely guy in the basement (for real lolol).

Yeah, I guess it is more lucky to get a drop from a monster after 1-2 kills than grinding for about 3 hours to get it, but in the end it is still rare :P

Well, my friend thinks that combat is everything. I tell him to get stuffed. Combat may be a large portion of the game, but it's not the ONLY portion of the game. People do tend to judge on combat level though, which is quite annoying :wall:

I put in my 10 cents, you do the same, we're cool ;) I approve of stem cell research, what I don't approve of is killing our children. People will argue it's not a child until it is out of the womb. Well, I see differently. It lives, it (kinda) eats so it's alive. And it's wrong. Stupid 20 year-olds get drunk, have sex, then get pregnant and kill the kid because they don't want to have the responsibility. You can go through with the birth and put the kid up for adoption, there are a lot of good people who will take care of children in such circumstances. Honestly, a LOT of pain through birth is worth saving a life. Go ahead, smash the crap out of me for what I just said. I enjoy to hear your viewpoints :P
