I have thought this for years! It definitely seems that way, which is why when possible, I eat after the NPC is dead. More often that not, even with 99 defence, the NPC appears much more lilely to hit! It makes sense in a way as someone with there back turned cannot really defend themselves, however proving this would be insanely difficult. Good topic.

I am not sure, but check the number of tokkul you recieve for each one. They usually pay so little that it is no where near worth doing. You need 300k tokkul for an onyx gem, and according to runescape wiki,you recieve only 350 tokkul with gloves and 150 without. So you would be wasting so much money its unreal! so a massive NO from me!!

56 is a good level. Warped tortoises, level 96 i believe. Very good money, especially at high combat. Many stackables.

Yes, you can easily tank them with your levels, but you do realise you can safe spot them? Just before you enter the room, range from there, max out on range attack bonus and ranging potions, kills will fly!! P.S. The money there is very decent, one of the better slayer monsters as most of the drops stack! pineapples, broad arrow heads, unfinished broads, mystic top, addy bolts. The list is endless! Minimum of 90k an hour assuming the worst luck on an estimate.

Nope, I have had a good few options for a apiece of random event armour etc They are often very low down, and if you do not scroll down, it is missable!

With 52 prayer, I would definitely say tank! 70 defence is still reasonable, and with a decent range def and attk bonuses, tanking is still the best option. If you had 70 prayer, I would consider prayer,but with 52 it is pointless IMO. Good Luck either way!

Zamorak Wines are also good, however, snape grass would be better. Go to a busy world for quicker respawns whichever your choice.

Detailed hit spread analysis by me of both weapons has led me to believe that dark bow's hits tend to be slightly higher then MSBs with the same arrow; this could be an intentional side effect associated with superior bow construction. At any rate, it certainly couldn't be seen in a sample size under 1,000, and it's effect is precisely the opposite of the OPs original, erroneous conclusion. Comp, I agree with you, but could you showyour data please? I would suggest killing NPCs with lower defence, then see if there are any changes in the bow performance. Also, a tip, its usually better to special attack just after a reasonably high hit. Try that, see if it impacts.

My suggestions:- AS you have 68 summoning, use a terrorbird. It is a must, and make sure you bring tireless run scrolls (approx.50 will be fine) In terms of a weapon, you either a gs, a ss or the flail thing (cant remember). Whip hits extremely rarely, even with super pot. A MUST is super attack and super strength. Defence would be a good idea if you dont want to bank as often) Wear a warrior helm for extra attack bonus. At your lvl, you should be fine to solo.

You wont like this, but do the quest for proselyte. It is not difficult at all. If not, I would take as many as yu can carry, minus a few for monks, and 2 super sets. Trial and error tbh. Worst thing that happens, you have to bank. Not much of a problem, as you will know better the next time. Good luck

I use black d hide body, sara chaps, arm pendant etc etc and whip and gs them. Bring 2 or 3 super attacks, and a super str or 2. I kill them to the west as you go down the GWD rope. They are more often than not killing other monsters, so prayer is onloy needed occasionally.

No you can't. After prayer pots, super sets, cannons etc., you generally end up with little to no profit at 75 slayer. You are assuming everyone uses prayer pots, piety and cannons. Sorry,but this cannot be taken as the norm strategy for all slayers. A few super attack and strengths a task is what i generally use. Costs of about 8k to 15k depending on the length of the task.

I do not see where you are getting the whole Long term from. Average income per hour does not change. Aviansies will earn you the same cash (give or take a few k/hour) every trip. At least with aviansies, you get xp at the same time. P.S. If people find out about this awesome method, the prices WILL DROP.

I have a BGS using it mostly for slayer tasks. I was not certain if I wanted to buy it or not, but now I have.....I by no means regret having it! With a whip and BGS combo, kills are quick. I hit a 63 the otrher day which was a surprise to see! haha

I know this is probably a pretty simple answer, but where are the statues that drop the granite maces? What are the requirements for them? How do i get there? Is ranging them an option? Thanks
