My total is 1863 so my average as P2P is 77.6. Not too bad I guess, but using total xp as a basis, my average is about 86 or so!

umm are you sure about doing curls 25x8@25lbs? most girls have a tough time doing a set of 10 with 15lbs. Reb, half the list on the link you posted are crunches lol. Yeah they might be a different version, but crunches are simple and effective. It's not that unbelievable to do 4 sets of 50 though. I can do 100 in one set but I can feel the burn halfway through. I love that feeling. I assume she means she is using a bar with 25lbs. If you can still do over 10 to 15 reps slowly, and fully isolated to just the bicep/forearm, then she needs more weight I think you will agree.

I would like to see your proof of 800k per hour at avainsies....do you know how many you would have to kill an hour to get that much? Assuming say at most 3k per kill:- 825k/3k = 275 an hour (realistically it would be nearer 2k a kill) depending on luck 275 an hour/60 = 5/ minute Conclusion:- A kill every 12 seconds? No one can get anywhere near that, even with 99 range. OT: Avainsies are very good. Pm me in game and ill gladly give you advice on equipment etc etc.

If you are that anti-social, I suggest you buy some other gaming device such as an x-box where you can guarantee no human contact. I cant see how anyone can play RS without talking. Interaction is what makes the game fun! If it bothers you that much, turn public chat off. Think yourself lucky that they are not abusing you. If this really frustrates you, dont play the game.

Thanks very much for your input. I am not interested in any of the items for personal use, but you have given mesome good information! I am thinking at the moment of putting 9 on fish and 6 on maples as I intend to get the xp and need junk for trades etc etc

The lawn thing sounds a good idea....however, as a male, how about washing and valeting cars? More people are likely to want a car cleaned. put up a few adverts, and every week or so, ask down your street if they want any work done? Exterior cleaning you could get say £5 a car or equivalent, but also offer an interior clean.....hardly anyone has the time or can be bothered to clean the interior. Thats another £5, if not more. If you use your own equipment, you could be getting at least £10 an hour depending on your speed. Much higher than any other 14 year old earns in an official set-up.

Hey! My first topic posted on here! Anyways, I have been reading the guides about manage thy kingdom, and was wondering which choices should I make in terms of the collectors? If anyone could show or suggest why this is the case, that would also be greatly appreciated! Alex

I think it is made pretty clear you can only have one clue at a time....it is still your possession, as you can collect it at anytime!

On my pure, I sit at the zammy wine respawn. Alch 4 or 5 times (mage xp) between each respawn, then telegrab the wine for more xp and approx 900gp each! Depending on what you alch, you can make up to 30k profit an hour, or if you just telegrab, about 70k an hour. Cowhides is also a good method as previously mentioned!

Some friendly advise, drop the number of reps. You are not challenging your body enough if you do 100 reps of bench press :S And by the way, the slower the rep, the more benficial, as a fast "pump" as you call it is barely working you at all

You work out everyday? That is going to be more damaging than helpful. The fact that you do so many reps suggests that you are not working yourself hard enough...aka need more weight! You are very light for your height so cut out some days you "work out". If you continue to work out so much, you will lose weight, not gain it. OT: Aim to go to the gym approx 2 times a week as a start. This will increase over time. I usually aim to do 2 sets of 7, followed by a "fail" attempt. Eg I will do 7 benchpresses of 20, followed by 7 more of 22, then depending on how hard you found it, drop it down or increase. On the last set, do it until you literally can do no more! I also reccommend protein shakes for putting on weight. If you need anymore advise, let me know. Good Luck

I am sure it is real as I have had similar, (not quite as good as yours) luck. However, it is always possible that he killed 100 got a few pairs,left GWD, came back in to reset count, got a few hundred kills, left etc I am by no means saying you are lying, just stating it is possible to screw with the numbers etc etc

My stats are up #-o They are in my Siggy. And if i go for 99Atk or Def i would be killing Ankou. I would easi;y make 25mil from them. Sorry, just not very clear then. I would def say range first anyways.

Some people may have tried to buy them out, but then when the price raised, some of the investors may have pulled out as they could not take the chance of losing, so they "dump". Just a thought.

I would say aviansies ranging, because if you expect to get 25m in drops in both attack and defence, I think you are severely mistaken. Unless you intend on killing dragons, but that will take much more than a month. P.s I am assuming this as your stats are not up haha

If you fletch maple logs into maple long (u), it is worth about 3 times the maple log you paid. You get xp for making them and some junk for trading.

wow. just wow...I beg to differ... I feel the need to hide it because playing a game like runescape does not up your social status at my school, and i'm sure this goes for most all schools. Especially for me, being a completely social person who goes to parties during the weekend, works out everyday, and in essence being the opposite of being a nerd...I feel no reason why I shouldn't hide it...How the HELL does that make me immature??? honestly?? I hope you respond to this because I'm stumped on how the [bleep] you think that makes me immature... :wall: :x :| I agree with you....but I must say, if you work out everyday, you really need to rethink about your goals and schedule. It is not only not beneficial, but could also be damaging to your body as you are not allowing your muscles to rebuild. Maybe you were exaggerating,and if not, just friendly advice.
