Godsword? Sara Sword? Dragon Scimitar?
For melee exp, none of the godswords is worth it, unless you're Slaying or something (and then you should use SGS), if you're going to train Strength, you should use a fast weapon (SS is not a bad 1 \ ), also here's a link to a very nice melee exp guide.

Charms without Combat
Then that would take a bit more than 1k hours to get to 99...

Cooking?
Both thieving and Cooking can be done in less than a month, not to mention Cooking, if you're willing to spend lots of money, can be done in less than 2 weeks!

Charms without Combat
Only difference is, I like Runecrafting better than Smithing, and I find Smithing more useful : . And about the recoils, are you sure about the half of the exp thing?

Charms without Combat
Read the first sentence in my signature  . And by the way, Slayer can be trained with recoils anyway (although slow, but possible).

Charms without Combat
I can give you a little tip: I'm a level 3 skiller, with 98 Woodcutting at the moment (getting 99), I have yet to finish knight's sword, and have not smithed/smelted even once outside of the tutorial island, and I have 51 Smithing (all for lamps and surprise exams!), I believe harder, and longer taking skills, such as Mining, may get you more than that, and by the way, the fastest way for you is lamps, surprise exams, penguin points, and quest rewards. Good luck.

Some of these random events should be erased!
Well, first of all, no, I do not think all of them should be erased, for serveral reasons: 1.These events are meant to keep you focused on the game! 2.Some events are useful, and I'm glad when I get them (Genies, Surprise exams..). 3.Variety is important, and keeps the game fun at times of grinding for example (althogh I'm sure some of you are going to disagree about that 1). Another, very imporatant reason, for random events, as most of you know, was bots. The thing is, as of now, there are barely any bots, and those that do exist get caught in a matter of hours. For this reason, I think many of the random events should be erased completly, these are: 1.Ents! Who needs these anymore anyway? 2.exploding stones! Same as ents. 3.Pickaxe head flying off. 4.Drunken dwarf. 5.Swarm. 6.Whirpool. 7.Sandwich lady (debateable). 8.Big fish (the 1 coming out of the water, throwing away your equipment). 9.Rakes and spades falling apart. I did not include any rewarding events, no matter how small the reward is (AS LONG AS IT'S USEFUL!).

A GROUP RANDOM EVENT!
That's because of the dumb events JaGeX made, like ents, or explosive stones (the Mining 1s), these are not fun at all, (and should be erased IMO), but other randoms, like Evil Bob's island, I mean, when I get it today I find it boring, but I swear, the first and second times I had it, it was very fun. Hey! I'm going to make a suggestion about it! ROFL.

A GROUP RANDOM EVENT!
You, my friend, are wrong. These random events are rare, not to mention there must be other people doing the same task as you, so in general, for a Magic tree random event, you'd need 3-4 people cutting the tree, and receiving the unlikely event, it's pretty rare, and thus the amount doesn't make it over powered, even if you could get 200+ logs. But if I am correct, it would require the same amount of work during the event? Just because something is rare, doesn't mean it is worth a lot (ex. Dragon Spear). I agree that this event would be hard to come by, but still...you get 100 magic logs for completing While Guthix Sleeps... Mind I never said overpowered, but that it may have been a bit too generous. I disagree. That reward is highly unlikely to happen, and when it does happen, there's a long time before it happens again, for example, lets say you could get say... 20k Slayer exp, now that's not bad at all, now if you got it every other day, this would be too generous, but getting it once a month (barely), means nothing special, a nice reward, but nothing that affects the game too much. (Do not forget that this rewards requires at least 75 Woodcutting, that may not be to hard to come by, but it means many people couldn't get it at all). But lets say for this imaginary slayer reward, that someone else got 30k instead of 20k, but did they same exact thing as you. Here's the thing, let's say you were cutting teaks for xp, and someone else is cutting magics. You get seperate randoms, I understand that, and do the same random. However, you get logs only worth 10-20k (I'm not sure on the price of a teak log), but they get over 100k. To me, that doesn't make sense. Surely someone who did more work should be rewarded better, but that's not the case. That's the only problem I have. Also, 75 wc isn't anything too special. Over 550k people have the level. [/hide] I still disagree, but that's up for discussion. Yes, let's leave it at that. Don't misunderstand me, however, I do support your idea. Thanks  .

Underrated Items
[hide=] [/hide] I think you didn't get the point of this thread, or the definition of underrated. Underrated items, are items not used often enough, or at all, even though they're USEFUL, 1 example from some posts here is the berserker necklace, combined with some weapons, which makes a nice Strength bonus, although not used much. Most of the items you had in your post are not used much for the simple reason that they're not worth using, for example longbows, these are not underrated, they're not used much for the simple reason that they're slow!

I WANT YOU...TO CHANGE THE PARTY ROOM! ~ 14/50 Supporters ~
This belongs to bugs and suggestions. On-topic: No familiars/pets/followers - good idea :D . Must add 5% cash - good idea :D . The max amount of people should be higher, because you can still sort out RWT with only 50 people...

A GROUP RANDOM EVENT!
All of the teammates have to work together to accomplish one similar goal, this is extra good for bots (although these are very VERY rare nowdays), because they will not be able to teleport back without talking to the guy, and if someone doesn't work, the rest of the team gets exp of +1. For example, if the whole team plays together let's say you were supposed to get 5k experience, now let's say 1 teammate didn't work, you automaticly receive 10k experience, if another 1 didn't work, that's 15k, etc. Same goes for the rest of the team for the experience they were supposed to get.

Underrated Items
The granite maul is overrated among new members. People who get members seem to think that it's better than the rune scimitar because it has a higher level requirement. Cheap food is highly underrated in F2P. For some reason lobsters are the most popular (or among the most popular) training food. The crystal bow is also underrated, it's incredibly powerful for how much it costs to use (which is a lot, but that just says something about its power), if you use the glitch. The glitch? It's where you shoot 249 shots with one bow and 1 shot with a second. The second will degrade, which will allow you to use the first bow at 10/10 for the full 2500 shots. What's the point then?
