You asked for peoples opinions on it and they gave it to you. It's a little like Sir Hemen's topic about Veracs VS ZS at Miths. The sara sword is a stable enough item to invest in for strength training, and especially if you're slaying all you need to really do is sell your Zammy Spear and Whip. When you are 99 strength sell back the sword and get back your whip and ZS. Korsai's sword is good and all, but it's only real justifiable use is in PVP or metal dragon slaying where it's ALOT better than the LBS. Other than that, yeah the spec is good, but I'd probably say that Claws > Korsai still. In all honesty it was summed up above - Chaotic > SS > Korsai > D scim. From a practicality view SS is going to beat Korsai. Sell whip and ZS, get SS, sell back when 99 strength. Sorted.

:3 I am kinda in need of advice. And this will come out as a MASSIVE wall of text methinks, so sorry for bothering you badly! Firstly I would like tips on how to "pull" in a clubby atmosphere. My ex and I were together for 2 years and were also each others first bf/gf. So therefore outside of the environment of hanging out and then getting together I have no experience. 2nd year uni and I feel embarrassed to say that :( Anyways any tips? Secondly >.< This is a killer for me, and I mean Kieran (draz) and quite a few other RL friends like him have talked to me about it because I was really down last night about it. But the night before last night I had a friend over to watch a film. She has a boyfriend and we've been talking for months. So it's not like I didn't know. But we watched a film and before we watched it she asked for one of my shirts, I gave it to her and she got in it and such, and then asked why a little while later as I relaised about it, and she said not to crease her dress. Fair enough right? So we watch this film and are cuddling on my bed and such and we then like kiss. What was going through my head I have absolutely no idea. But all I knew was I liked it, the adrenaline of touching her lips with mine. And all I did after was stare into her big hazel eyes and tell her how beautiful she was. All thoughts about my ex, or her boyfriend were out of my head, it was her and me. Next thing I knew she was nuzzling into my chest saying she was sleepy. So I turn off the film and we lay in bed talking and she falls asleep in my arms. I'm helpless and found wanting. So I'm there and hugging and fall asleep myself. My one hand holding hers, my other on her tummy, or around there. And about 3AM i wake up because i was MEGA hot, and open my window. I found I couldn't get back to sleep, and just hugged her, and all that was in my mind - cheesy i know - was Aerosmith "I don't wana miss a thing". Honestly, I had only ever had eyes for my ex, but this chick was so beautiful and lovely, and brilliant and yeah >.< Then last night she texts me saying she loves her bf and wants to stay friends and still cuddle me and such, but that's it, nothing more friends. Me? I'm really cut up about it. So now I have debased your opinion on me probably, but am I right or wrong to hate myself, or to be in a mood with her over it for a few hours, or anything? :/ Do I make up friends with her and hope and pray that I'm never in that situation again? Do I not talk to her? Do I stop hating myself because people tell me I wasn't in the wrong? Bare in mind that this was the 2nd day of uni already :/

Tbh if you're slaying unicorn can be great. I generally powerslay, so either I'll be cannoning or wearing prosy top + V skirt/Pros bottom and on some tasks unicorn really pays it's weight in gold. WF's Mith's Hellhounds (I never use sup def, but I know yip can't keep up pietying, so pony it is) LRC Fire Giants Gargs Tbh I generally use the unicorn for most slayer things as I like to be able to heal quickly, instead of rely on 2 HP per X amount of time. Just keep slaying and use the pony where and when you wish. However, don't stop using the charms. Iron titan + Yak aren't too far away if you think in slayer terms over a looooooong time.

Yeah I thought that; however being at uni my time on RS is kinda strained atm because of freshers and such and having someone in my bed at night and I do spend most of the time with her in the day XD anyways! Yeah, I was gona be duoing TD's most weekends with my best friend, few beers and skype chat whilst we kill them.

Ooft I'd estimate I have about 45-50M in slayer crap and herbs to sell when I hit 90 (I'm a stubborn slayer who sets a goal, makes a tab, and wont sell til he hits that goal). But 70K exp will take me 2 days ish at this rate. Other than that, 21K ;o

Yeah I know what you're thinking - oh 40M just go slay, herb farm, MTK, dailies etc etc etc, however first things first is that I don't really have that much free time..... Well I say I don't have much, I mean that I'm drinking/with hallmates/friends/women/doing an essay. I am back at uni, so that is going to really limit my RSing. I will still try slaying every now and then and I'm hoping to get 93 by the 17th of December (my end of term) I was just wondering what daily/weekly exp rate would I need to get to actually hit this target? And now my main question; every day, I will start off my day by trying to: 1. Herb run 2. Bork 3. Smithing assist so I can get 3 months (so ~3M) exp for free and still be ready for a double 99 party by christmas. SO on to my main point: I would like 85 herb.... Primarily because of super antis, even though I know it's another 20ish Mil to get 87 and be in the middle of extremes. For 85 I need another 48156047.24 GP. I was wondering, how should I go about getting this? MTK will make what? 10M a month-ish.... 3 months is only 30M, 2 herb runs a day are only about 300K (avantoes) if I get all patches and a good harvest. So anything else I should do during my daily 5 mins? All in all, is it actually worth getting super anti's? Yeah I do want 99 slayer in the end, but really worth it? If possible tell me how I can get 60M :P Oh and last point - I have a slayer tab that's worth roughly 40M but I want to keep 20M of it for slayer supplies etc and having a nice little bit of a CP still. I made the foolish mistake recently of trying to get from 87-90 slayer on 20M. Needless to say, I am 71K from level and have 21K cash and NEED to sell my tab :P

Do abyssals with Opeths set up. A friend of mine mages abby demons for tasks and with 95 defence manages to go whole tasks on just yips, so with 99 defence you shouldn't be too troubled. Also you can take yak with some food and to bank drops, pony is overkill, even for maging, but if you want, test it out first.

Isn't there a method to 1 click the sorceress garden? Supposedly you could get a VERY good amount of exp a day.

anything but crimsons+blues are too slow to use imo. This. At your levels, don't use golds or greens Unless You Really Want To. Alrighty. Brilliant, thanks for the advice! I'll probably keep to the blues and crims then, looking at it, greens are really horrendous price for the exp they produce, and golds will just take time up for not much exp. :D

Thanks for the opinions guys :) Yeah I sometimes do skip them. Terror dogs are often assigned at only 60's or max I've had is 70. So invent of food, few well placed claw specs, job done, and they drop good blues. Torts are meh, but I do them for the simple reason of quick task, and they drop the shells which are worth 15K per each one. And yeah Tzhaar are slow... Though I'll be doing jad tasks when I hit extremes. I agree mostly with the middle point, they're tasks that I'm indifferent about really. Cannon does add alot to the speed of the tasks though :D And thanks for that! I did know dark beasts really, but it's not really worth having to work to such a tight inventory space until I get a yak. 5 spaces for cannon and balls, 4 spaces for mourner clothes. I really don't feel like grinding for the elf tele. Cheers for that! I have cannoned dusties before and they're ok, might start doing it again. They're a bit meh XD And yeahs, friends tell me all about it and I've got a massive stock of rune (p+) from dragons.

Anyways sorry for making yet ANOTHER topic *shockhorror*, I kinda need some more advice, this time not on what to do with an abyssal head, or if i should sell dfs for claws (which I incidentally did and found it an epic decision, so thanks all) but on summoning and powerslaying. Ok so when the BXPW hit in March I kinda went and got 90 summoning, then life got crappy so I took a hiatus etc etc, came back this month, been doing nothing but powerslaying. This brings me to my first point (and this next bit is a little long). My first point is thus: Am I doing the powerslaying "correctly" or whatever you'd call it. Kinda just want advice on my tasks, I am kinda set in my ways atm, but I am going to listen to any and all suggestions. This, is what Kura can assign me...... oh and note, that when I get the next 270K slayer exp and get dark beasts, they will be pietyed in kura's dungeon. And of course I always use claw specs when I can, and use my super attacks and strengths - so when I say nothing it means I don't piety or cannon. Right, now I'm kinda catching a friend called AinSophAur as we kinda had a race for 90 slayer, I lost as I had hiatus, and so by the end of this month I'm hoping to hit 93 slay to be back on par with him. This however, raises the question, from 90 - 93 he made the charms to get 93-96 summoning. So therefore I'm hoping to extrapolate this. I do use that charm pattern thing that people keep linking to. I can get 92 summoning, so I have a few questions: 1. Should I get 92 summoning, then then each slayer level use up my charms? 2. Get my slayer levels to catch my friend then use all my charms? 3. Should I get each summoning level when I can? Also when I hit 92: 1. Would it be better to do wolpertinger or Swamp titans. 2. Am I right to use logic to dictate that Barker Toads > Arctic Bear. 3. Am I right to do the best pouches I can eg: Barkers, then Unicorns, then Wolpers/Swamps, then Geysers? If people could answer either part of this, it would be great. <3:

I've done tasks with them both and I can say with my stats that the SS is better. Strength boost really makes up for the marginal loss in crush bonus. :)

Because, strength bonus has more value than defence bonus. As for "a couple of hours of effort at BA", for many, 18 mill is easier to get than "a couple of hours of effort", especially if your one of those people who can get 4 mill/hr at frost dragons or something equally as crazy. Then again, if you have 22M to spend on bandos why not invest it into pots and cballs and piety/turmoil/cannon your slaying? Makes alot more sense and saves alot more time than the few minutes that the strength bonus might add up to. Hence I keep my argument, bandos is only good when you have nothing else to buy/do.
