Only problem CR has ever really had with clans cancelling is with TMC. I think i've lost count of the number of fights they have cancelled with us but we usually end up going out and pk'ing regardless and sometimes get a fight while out pk'ing.

I wouldn't say it's necessary but it sure helps a lot. Clans with the attractive graphics will always draw more attention to themselves and thus more recruits. Graphics are a lot of the time the aspect of a clan people think of first when a certain clan is brought up and they are extremely important for recognition.

I've always believed that the best and most effective leaders are just born with pure leadership abilities. They have that aura in them that separates them from everyone else. True leaders need to have the ability to motivate, while at the same time keep the clan/team in order and establish control. Leaders must be willing to get to know every member and develop a relationship with them if they wish to be as successful as possible. Of course leaders are always looked to in bad times and must be able to deal with the pressure and make wise decisions for the benefit of the unit as a whole.

How do you define clan hopping? Someone who leaves a clan when they aren't doing good, and is known for joining multiple clans without any significant stay in one particular clan. Do you feel you're a clan hopper? Nope. Would you accept these members into your clan? Everyone deserves a chance because maybe my clan could be the right fit, but if this person has joined and left before then some more serious thought is put into their acceptance.
