Any type of art is allowed, the 2mb limit is just so we don't have to a crazy amount of data to download but I can remove the limit I don't really feel it will be a problem anyways. Bimonthly is kind of a long time for a contest, what about monthly?

There really hasn't been a contest for sometime now, or at least some sort of weekly contest so I've decided to start a new series of contests Tip.it's Fortnightly Gallery contest! The name is sort of a work in progress, so if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to share! The rules are very straight forward, from the time this thread is posted the contest begins and you have two weeks to create an entry if you wish to participate. The reason behind making the contest last two weeks is so everyone who wishes to participate has enough time to create their best work. I don't think it has become multi-universed, I think that would over complicate the story but the thought crossed my mind since they aren't afraid to explore time and space.. [spoiler=quote chain] I disagree. I'd put both of those under Progressive Metal, more so the Symphony X than Gojira, which I would prefer to classify something along the lines of death metal. I understand these are all subgenres of heavy metal, which is why they sounds fairly similiar. The musical complexity and use of keyboard wins points in the progressive direction for Symphony X. Why the over abused chord structure and harsh vocals of Gojira takes away from the progressive side of it. I still fail to see how 'emo' is a music genre. Especially because it has no specific defining qualities. I've seen people lump Motion City Soundtrack, All American Rejects and Bullet For My Valentine all in the same genre by throwing the label "emo" in their direction. That simply isn't possible in my book. I further this argument by saying that any band that has ever been called "emo" can surely not be simultaneoulsy called "punk" unless you bring up Green Day, who have gone from the heart of punk to the heart of suck. Emo is a real music genre if you choice to believe it or not. To me you just can't except that it is a real genre. I'm personally a fan of Adium but I've switched back to iChat since it lacks support for a webcam, something that impossible to find on a multi-protocol IM client.

Well you can't expect everything to be answer, that is just kind of how life works in general. I'm sure that they are going to be answering the puzzling questions by the end of the season otherwise they are going to end up with a lot of angry fans.

Great job! :thumbup: The only thing I would recommend is if you want it to look closer to the one you saw on youtube is to just have a select few of the dots to pop out more. So probably take a layer of dots and try and sharpen them to make them almost perfectly clear and probably add a small white glow to the dots.

What happened to it? I'm not sure, I just turned it on and got into a match and it just shut off. I looked up possible ideas to why it broke and the most common problems were overheating, which I highly doubt was my problem, or some problem with the HDD. I ended up having to get the 120Ggb PS3 since they were out of 250gb versions. I actually had to go to two Best Buys because the first store was sold out. The guy who helped me out was mentally challenged in someway.. It took about 40 minutes for him to do everything. Forgot to mention, since I ended up getting the 120gb version I was about to get another 2 year replacement plan through best buy ($60) leaving me about $48, so in a way I made money off this. :)
