  1. More details would be nice, to give a better understand of what you want and the type of site your making. Otherwise if you just say The Social Network, I think Facebook, Harvard Connection, and Napster.
  2. Agreed, and from what I've notice thats been more of a recent trend that I've personally disagreed with, which wasn't in place back when I was more heavily involved in The Gallery. We were a bit more friendly to new comers I feel. It scares off new users so when I see folks here crack down on others for not critiquing properly or w/e, and I instantly think that person isn't going to be coming back. Also I advice to aim for minimalism in new guides and lists so people don't get lost and confused looking though everything and well organization. Also look into creating a system of canonizing tutorials in The Gallery.
  3. haha, thought I'd check in real quick. :P
  4. So what did he merge it WITH? :???: It got merged with this, http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14629&sid=ad8e42844b3ea73760b38ce743a3d675
  5. In response to 1. & 2. - http://forum.tip.it/topic/36346-the-gallery-rules-faq-and-resources/ I'm curious to see what you guys come up with, as you'll be fighting an uphill battle, because keeping people interested in The Gallery is a huge task in itself and the hardest one your going to face. @Myu we can't exchange for RS gold as that is considered real world trading.
  6. My signature has developed from me spelling my whole name out to making my first initial T distinctive followed a little wobbly line for the rest of my first name, my middle initial, then a distinctive H for my last name with a short line which turns into my the last two letters of my last name. Thats probably very confusing to imagine but the more and more I had to use my signature regularly the simpler it got.
  7. My bad, ha. I remember copying the link, but I must have got to distracted looking at backpacks to paste it. :P Here we go: http://www.herschelsupply.com/shop/
  8. I always forget how young you and Shiny are.. I don't know if I would trust the quality of an American Apparel backpack, most they're stuff fall apart after a good 6-12 months. My brother just showed me these backpacks earlier today, which I feel will give you more of a bang for your buck.
  9. I love B&Ws and the old man and child one looks a lot better in it! the vintage stuff doesn't look bad either, it just adds character to the photos. The only picture I don't like is probably the second one just because I don't get it, it's just kind of boring.
  10. I want to go, but I don't know we'll see. If I can get a good group of people together I wouldn't be opposed to go but it is so expensive I doubt any plans will really get off the ground. It'd totally be worth it though.

So like escaping people.. You'd need to be fast and quick thinking. The simplest way I can think of how to practice is through sports like soccer, football, basketball, etc. Ones where you have to evade people. You can also try parkour. Just remember ever experience is a learning experience because not ever situation is going to be the same.

The line up for Coachella is sick, I know at least 5 artist from each day I'd love to see live.
  13. You shouldn't leave your laptop battery on the charger all the time, it's going to ruin the battery.
  14. Nice photos! My favorites probably the restaurant along the water. The third from the bottom, old man holding the child looking out the window, would have been a nice B&W shot.
  15. I remember the market place in it's entirety was still very slow back in the day, it was only really got for shops and rares if for some reason you couldn't find a buyer in Falador or Seers. However I did vote yes but more so under the context Tripsis mentioned.
  16. I like the first one, but I have to admit it's probably a little to political for my taste. It looks like you drew the middle one then copied and pasted the other two?
  17. I want to do a half-marathon next month and as of right now I'm running 6 miles at about a hours pace. Does anyone have any advice on how to properly train for a half-marathon? I don't run often, today was the second time I'm ran this month but I would say I'm in fairly great shape from cycling daily to campus 2-3 times a day about 3 mile round trip and occasionally doing a 20 mile bike ride once every other week and going to the gym at least 4 times a week doing a well rounded 45min workout.
  18. Same discussion posted in off-topic. http://forum.tip.it/topic/284937-i-heard-after-72-hrs-of-staying-awake-ur-body-slips-into-a-coma/

The size of her chest currently is probably ideal for a drawing like yours. I don't think anyone is really going to mind either unless their like a perfectionist or something. Your neck looks good, I think it'll come together once you start adding color.

I think her chest might be a little big but other then it looks good!
  21. Thats' very interesting, I didn't know we did that as a church or at least it's process.
  22. Probably a good 7 months of solid wear. When I wasn't wearing them I was wearing shorts since it get's so darn hot in AZ during the summer months.
  23. My A.P.C. New Standards Day 1 11 months
  24. Bought Social Network last night so I ended up rewatched that last night. Awesome movie.
