Are you a powerslayer? I mean, do you use Piety on every task, do you cannon tasks that are in a multi combat zone etc... how long did 70-80 Slayer take you? Oh, and I didn't even add this to my first post, but it's great to see that you've started a new blog. I've read your first one all the time.

This is awesome. I can once again play with all settings on without being all choppy and laggy. Can't wait to see the improved animations for the Ancient spell book now that the animations aren't limited to one square.

I can help you out with ranking. I've already got a deflector anyway, so I don't really care about my ranking at all. Well I have 85 Dungeoneering so I'm planning to kill these dragons a lot. And I want to be as efficient as I possibly can be with my levels. I'll be using Ranged so I'm guessing I'm best off with Void (with BDT/ACP and deflector), using a rune c'bow with runite bolts or Karil's x-bow? Runite bolts have a higher strength than diamond (e) bolts and dragons die way too fast for the diamond (e) bolts to take any noticeable effect. Edit: or no wait, since I can't make super antifires I'm forced to use an anti dragonfire shield... ugh. And neither can I use Karil's x-bow. Ugh, well I'll just use a rune c'bow then.

So I felt like killing some TDs after getting a chaotic rapier... [hide=Drops][/hide] 2 sapphire drops, 1 150 steel arrows drop, 1 dragon med helm and 1 level 3 clue scroll. And 2 dragon claw drops.

I'm not quite sure where to post this, so I'll try it in this topic. I am unsure about what rewards to get. I'll definitely get a chaotic rapier. I've been thinking of getting the crossbow as my 2nd chaotic weapon, but we know that there's a dragon crossbow on the way. The dragon c'bow is likely to have +102 range attack with a special attack that is likely to be an offensive one. I would much rather get the dragon c'bow once it's finally released and spend the 200k tokens on something else. I don't want the staff either, the 5% damage boost doesn't make up for the SoL special attack and rune saving ability. I'm unsure about Rigour either. I like Soul Split a lot, and maybe there will be a Turmoil varient for Magic and Ranged in the future. I really don't know...

Amazing progress you've been making lately :thumbup: As for Dungeoneering: since you're FTP, it may be a good idea to bind 125 law runes. This way, when you're soloing, you can always teleport to your group gatestone (which you get at the beginning of a floor) without having to create runes first. What I do is when I start a new dungeon, I pick the higher tier food from the table, whatever equipment there is on the table and sell the equipment to the Smuggler and buy a toolkit and a couple of rune essence and craft them into cosmic runes. This way, you can gatestone any door that takes a while to get to to speed things up and maximize your XP/hr. Oh, and I'm sure Sonic has already mentioned this, but bind a platebody to you once you hit level 50.

Well if the average drop rate for dragon claws is 1/250, I do average 3m/hr.

Well I'm dungeoneering a lot lately and I want to get to at least level 85 soon. I'll get a chaotic rapier as my first reward. How much money could I earn on average per hour with my combat levels? Right now I use TDs as my main money maker, averaging at around 3m/hr (with a 1/250 drop rate).

The problem with Magic is that you only get a small magic attack boost from staves so you're not very accurate on monsters like giant bats and hogoblins. It's also very annoying having to craft new runes all the time.

I didn't know it was possible to get Primal drops while soloing... got this from a level 129 boss.

"50% chance of not using runes when casting Bones to Bananas (up to ten times per day)" Lol, does anyone ever use that spell? It's so useless...

I don't like the hood that much... I got one a few days ago, but I'm starting to miss my tier 9 platebody. Not having a platebody makes bosses a lot more difficult for me. And I never really had any trouble clearing dungeons with my platebody anyway... I'm thinking about throwing the hood away and just make a new platebody.

That person in rune has 45 Defence. Ye Im Tank is also using extreme's. Near the end he's showing a couple of clips where he's fighting people with a higher Defence level. It's a lot less accurate then. I wouldn't say it's worth it.

I recorded a couple of fights between two friends of mine. They're both maxed out, they're both using Turmoil and Soul Split and they're both potted with super attack potions, super strength potions and super defence potions. They're wearing almost identical equipment, except that Pip VI (the one with the rapier) is using an Ardougne cloak.
