I believe this is not the case in every country. Be careful applying Dutch laws to the entire world, there's a lot of political ideas on gambling to go around ;). That's a good point. Here in Canada, gambling is controlled by the provincial governments.

Given how quick and afk'able Woodcutting is, I'd say go for Agility. The extra 1M xp is 10-15hrs you won't have to spend click-click-clicking your way through the courses.

That's very likely because you're on a LAN with a private address range(10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, 192.168.0.0/16) NATed behind a gateway device. Unless you have specifically requested multiple public addresses from your ISP, something like this probably shows the same address for all of those devices. Surely Jagex would account for something like this before banning someone for multi-logging. Otherwise anyone with more than one computer and more than one person who plays would be screwed. Things like this must be what make it so hard to prove multi-logging.
