  1. Banned for posting a picture that made me laugh.
  2. @Blyaunte - cropped and removed background for you. Url:http://img820.imageshack.us/img820/8508/blyaunte.png
  3. I've also found that the RS client simply closes randomly. It's a real pain. Have you tried running it in SwiftKit? I've found that it runs better than in the browser.
  4. Looks good. I'm very jelly. :P
  5. A RuneScape pic? Here? Methinks you might have the wrong blog, mate. :P
  6. Tif name: Kaida23 Runescape Name: Kaida23 Picture: Url:http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/586/kaida23.png Thanks for bringing this back Hedgehog.
  7. Banned for using a non sequitur.
  8. Isn't this basically what happens when you wager in the Duel Arena? ie: person 'a' and person 'b' offer their wagers, the items are removed from their inventories and to the winner go the spoils.
  9. Those are excellent goals for the year. Good luck, I look forward to reading about them.
  10. Nice. I was reading how a lot of people were having trouble with the new quest. Glad to see you weren't one of them. :)
  11. Congrats. Are you going for 99 or just until you get bored and move on to something else?
  12. About time you posted here again. :P Where have you been?
  13. They really need to do away with the whole "against the spirit of the game" cop-out and just make it against the rules.
  14. Nice. You've had a very productive couple of days. Those 80's are right around the corner. btw - how did your match go?
  15. The ironical thing about that is that most of those same friends probably own a Wii/XBox/PlayStation.
  16. You're in Ottawa??? Nice. Yesterday was freezing rain, and today it's just plain freezing. Good luck, but dress warm. :P
  17. Nobody ever says "goodbye" on TV or in movies either. This is becoming more like a reality show with every entry.
  18. Greetings once again, Mining fans! I bring wondrous news from the depths of the Dwarven Mines. I am now less than 400k xp away from 99! :^_^: Once again, my gf has been starting work at 6am this week so I've had a good hour or so before work to play. I haven't even had all that much trouble finding a spot. Turns out, there's not that many people on at that time of the day. :P I've also been home for the last two days because we've had nothing but freezing rain, which made walking across my yard, to say nothing of trying to drive on the street, very difficult. Driving most of the day + freezing rain = boss telling me to not risk it and stay home. Unfortunately, my gf wasn't so lucky as her work is only three blocks away. So, with another couple of hundred thousand experience points behind me I decided to take a break for a bit today and jump back down into the desolate depths of Daemonheim (what is it with me and being underground? ). I was fortunate with my first floor and was able to open every room and kill every monster, thus maximizing my xp and gaining me this: [spoiler=Dungeoneering level 51] Unlocking a new floor and a new boss all at once. Naturally, this meant that the new boss was the one I faced at the end of the new floor and he basically bent me over and had his way with me (three deaths? Really? :???: ).But by the end I was getting the hang of the timing and I'm sure I'll do much better next time I face him. Unfortunately, that won't be for a while yet as foor 26 is as far as I can go, so I was forced to reset. Fortunately, out of my pitiful showing against Khighorahk came yet another level: [spoiler=Defense level 55] Only three more levels to go until 1000! But first, it's back to the mines for a while. I'll probably do another 200k before taking another break. I've also been doing some thinking about going for 99 Smithing when I'm done with Mining, and the more I think about it the more I like it. The Artisan's Workshop is faster and more consistent xp than Mining and is much less click intensive (and believe me, after this much mining I need less click intensive). Also, Mining and Smithing were the first skills I ever trained in RS so it's only fitting that they become my first 99's. So off to the mine I go, to press forward towards my goal one pile of ore at a time. I'm not too worried about making profit. After all, getting the ores didn't cost me anything but time. If only we could. :wall:
  19. Banned for being young. It's actually under 400k now. Blog post coming soon.
  20. Weren't the trade restrictions in place when they introduced those things (with the possible exception of the RSC cape, I can't remember exactly when it came out)? Using them to gamble billions of gp probably didn't occur to them at the time.
  21. Banned for being indecisive.
  22. I repeatedly draw your attention while ducking behind cover and dodging the shots, then rush you while you're reloading and take the cheese.
  23. I don't, but Saradomin willing one day I will.
