We also all know that Spiderman got bitten by a radioactive spider, Superman was orphaned on Earth as an infant, the Titanic sank, Apollo 13 returned safely, etc...It's a potential flaw that any movie based upon a well known story or event has, but it's an integral part of telling the story.

I was mostly referring to the disappointing Batmans. Micheal Keaton, along with Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer were wonderful, but I have to admit I have enjoyed Christian Bale's portrayal of Batman much more.

So there's a higher percentage of free players on the foreign language servers? I wonder why. You can't (or in every case it's a lot harder to) bot in those other languages, members like to bot more often, so in other languages are more normal people. Because members bot that often you can clearly see the diffrences between English servers and other languages. Before the bot nuke I'd have agreed, but now that bots are practically nonexistent on the English F2P servers I can't help but wonder why there were more players on the foreign language servers. Of course, those numbers were also from over a month ago. Does anyone know if it's still that way?

Personally, I'm a fan of his films. I loved Insomnia and The Prestige, but I haven't seen Inception yet. When Batman Begins came out, I was completely blown away. I've always been a big Batman fan and after a lifetime of Adam West, campy cartoons (although the 90's cartoons with Kevin Conroy were pretty good), Val Kilmer and George Clooney I thought to myself: "Finally! Here's the Batman I picture in my head while reading the comics!" It's just too bad Heath Ledger is no longer with us to reprise his role as Joker. :( The only other person who I thought did Batman this well (outside of the regular series, of course) was Frank Miller. What can I say, I'm fascinated with the darker side of life. :grin:

The min/max theory is from the pre-free trade G.E., and in my experience never worked anyway. Basically, you're right that you'll just have to try and find buy/sell prices that work. Just as an fyi though, prices that work for 10 items may not work as well for 10,000 or 100,000. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is this: merching on the G.E. is like playing the stock market. Don't invest more than you're willing to lose.

The removal of bots -> Less gp in game, more expensive raw materials -> Less demand for rares/people start selling rares. Also the removal of dicing means the amount of new people that suddenly have a huge amount of wealth to spend on things has gone down. Less bots =/= Less gp. Less bots = less raw materials. Amount of GP in the game still the same. What matters now is the GP distribution. Now that there are significantly less raw materials on the market, and the volume of rares as we know will only decline, the GP distribution on items affect prices greatly. Right now, due to bot nuke, prices on raw materials are rising because of people wishing to train buyables or invest, selling off their rares. In this case GP is being distributed more on raw materials, less on rares. So basically, if I'm understanding this correctly, there's the same amount of gp but more of it is being spent on raw materials. It's like in real life when inflation drives up the prices on everything but your salary doesn't go up. It's not that there's less money going around, it just doesn't go as far so there's less disposable cash to spend on things like rares.
