This certainly explains why my local Wal-Mart took all their prepaid RS cards off the rack earlier this week.

Maybe this is their solution to the lower xp rates for solo DG'ers: NPC's for you to team with.

It's more 99's than I have. :lol: I'd say go for 70 WC first as it would be faster, then 90 DG. Then I will be even more jealous of your DG level then I already am. :wink: btw - do you really have 0 quest points, or have you simply not updated your stat sig?

Then that confirms my theory that the xp cut is earlier than 90 combat. It doesn't make sense that I get 4.5k xp solo small, 4.8k xp duo small, but suddenly jump to 10k xp 5:5 small with 2 cb 3 sk. Maybe the xp rates are heavily weighted in favor of 5 person teams.

Congrats! 90 Combat is very impressive. <3: But does this mean your xp per floor is going to go down now? I remember my prom. We got dressed up nice, rented one of the ballrooms in a fancy hotel downtown...and half of us got mild food poisoning from poorly prepared chicken. :wall: Yes, nothing helps you remember something better than how sick it made you. :lol:

From the Hidden Updates Sticky, November 2010: Does that stay like that if you've been a member, but didn't train any of the member skills? If being a member at any point would change that to showing the amount of xp, then this would be a very simple way to prove if someone is pure F2P or not.

Amen, sister! Although, I seem to recall reading recently that they were working on rebalancing the xp rates for solo floors to make it more viable so we're not forced to use teams (I'm not much of a team player either ;-) ). Nice blog, btw. You've had some excellent outfits. <3:

Okay, I finally figured out that the problem was with my wireless router. A quick reset and securing later and I was back in business. :shades: I got a couple of hours of mining in, so now I've only got 930k xp to go until 98! Only? It sounds so easy, doesn't it? :lol: The foreign language servers are great for mining, especially the German server, as there's rarely anyone there. Even on a world with only 47 people I still got around 27k/hr while depositing in the resource dungeon. The only problem is I don't speak or read German, so I completely blew the Mime random I got. :wall: I'm going to have to figure something out for the next time that happens. This morning while mining I was talking with someone else about DG and he mentioned how he didn't know anyone with high enough Smithing to make a Fractite spear, so I offered to make him one. So off we went to Daemonhiem and ran through a C6 small so we could get him one. A couple of rooms and a few bangs with a hammer later, I had a happy fellow DG'er! :^_^: Realizing how close I was to leveling up, I did one more and voila! [spoiler=Dungeoneering Level 41] Another floor unlocked. :grin:

I'd just be happy if they updated the xp rates for soloing so it's actually a viable way of training.

The best thing for your level would be to craft Air runes with a Varrock teleport. Gives about 10k xp/hr, and shouldn't lose too much money (if any). Or check out Sonic's F2P Runecrafting Guide.

The first thing you should do is change your password and bank PIN if you haven't already.

Yay! Another F2P'er! <3: Good luck with all your goals. I have a couple of suggestions to make things a little easier though - If you're going to be banking iron ores at the Resource Dungeon, don't sell them. Use them in the Artisan's Workshop for free Smithing xp. - While DG'ing, take a couple of minutes at the end of every floor to use sell all your leftover items then use the cash to buy protoleather and craft bodies for easy and free Crafting xp. Here's a couple of good guides to help with your F2P journey: Sonic's F2P Runecrafting Guide Sonic's F2P Dungeoneering Guide Zapps1's F2P Combat Guide (I know you're not going for much combat, but it has good ranging tips) Sonic and Pinkbullet are two of my favorite F2P'ers as well. :grin: Hope to see more updates soon.
