Ranging Amulet
When its the best range amulet, its not really welfare gear. When you could sacrifice +5 range bonus for defense as well as prayer, I would say the amulet is less than appealing for most practical scenarios. Unless of course the price drops, in which it becomes cheaper (welfare ;) )

Ranging Amulet
Well it could are those guys that easy to kill? I haven't killed one personally, but they are only 3 levels higher than gargoyles. I would guess that you would be more than set to do a task with a bunyip, considering they drop raw food.

Ranging Amulet
It's probably going to turn into a welfare item for pures or low levels training range by safe spotting. 90+ Monsters will be where the good items are \ This is just a guess, but I'd say the ammy will settle ~500K

Ranging Amulet
Every item goes up upon release, but like granite maces it will most likely drop and settle within a week or two.

Ranging Amulet
Meh, you get what you get. It's actually pretty good when you consider the level of slayer needed to kill it. It will definitely be under my category of "welfare", but I still think it's good considering what it comes from. You can't expect something completely epic from such a low level creature. In a few weeks, I bet the price will be substantially reduced.

July 28th -Anim. Pack 1, The Poison Arrow, Aquanite, Patches
To me it looks like he spins the whip before whipping it at the opponent. Ever seen a whip chain used in kung-fu or similar martial arts? After looking closely, I see what you mean. It still looks slightly overdone to me though, but w/e I don't even use whips :P

The whip itself looks amazing, but the animation looks like your character is throwing a mega punch and just happens to be holding a whip.

It's a shame too, the ammy is really good. All I can say is that if a 78 monster drops an ammy that good, I wonder what new monsters for 90+ would drop

Lmao has anyone tried walking across a log balance? I tried the one by the north Ardougne bank, and it looks like your character is very, very drunk while trying to cross  Edit: I don't know if this is true for other godswords, but the SGS attack/strength modes look....wierd. It's like the damage is delayed or something. It's not anything I can't live with, it's just...odd looking.

May 20th: New Slayer Monster Information.
i have 82 slayer. i think there should be monsters all added at 93, 95, 97, 99 at the same time as a reward to a big quest, what do you think about that? I think that's a reasonable suggestion. Being 40k off of 95 slayer myself, it would be MUCH more motivating to train slayer knowing that I'm working for more than a cape. Don't get me wrong the cape is hot, but a 95/97/99 monster would be nice. I've always wondered what group slayer bosses would be like, such as a "boss" abyssal demon. There could be a boss for current slayer monsters with a +10 level requirement to kill (up to the 90's of course, then it would change). A group task in a multicombat setting would be pretty cool I think, considering slayer is a very solitary skill. There is SO much expansion they could do with slayer, but half-finishing things seems to be a common pattern in this game.

History and Future of the RuneScape World Map
Just wait 'till you get to see the Eastern Lands. Between that and Priffindas (sp?), I can't wait

History and Future of the RuneScape World Map
I wish we would get a large piece of new land. It seems like they keep adding underground places that lead to instanced places for quests (like the Curse of Arrav). The underground stuff is getting really old :?

Dragon claws
PvP worlds are a mess as it is, stopping a few people from wielding them won't do much, unfortunately. Most people that I see PKing with claws are level 120+, so it would be likely they'd done the quest anyways.

Construction/Herblore Help
Hello, I'm wondering what the options for going from 60 to 70 construction are. Money isn't too much of an issue but I'm kind of a cheap person :D So if you could provide the expensive and cheap ways that would be great. Also looking for the best ways to go from 67-70 herblore. Thanks

Some Pictures from Jagex
The skeleton thing almost looks like a skeletal tormented demon with it's tail and what not. The head is different but the body looks similar
