Also, JAGeX must assume that people eventually get bored and stop playing runescape before they attain all 99s :) I enjoy playing, but I'm pretty sure I won't be playing 5 years from now. For this reason, they may never have to raise the limits. lpinkus

I accept that you guys find agility training "tedious," but I think adding a balance factor as it's described above makes the skill MORE tedious, not less. If you've distilled lamp oil yet, imagine that gaining agility xp was somewhat similar. I think more players would rather just click. lpinkus

The level limit would be removed in time, assuming people play RS long enough to accrue that much xp. For now, there are far more players with less than lvl 99 in any given skill to make a change. lpinkus

That has been suggested, too, and it would make runecrafting much too easy. Imagine someone runecrafting 100k natures in one trip. lpinkus

Sorry to keep pushing this one, folks :) So, you can hover. Does that mean you still move the same speed as walking? Or running? Or, do you click on the location you'd like to "fly to," and then your player flies there? And is that an instant thing or do you actually watch the entire flight? I still think flying is silly. lpinkus

The average player age is between 14 and 16, so I'd hope "we all" doesn't apply to Runescape. I'm over 21, but I don't drink much in real life or Runescape :) lpinkus

I'm a music teacher, and I think there are already too many instruments in Runescape :) From what I hear, most people just listen to CDs anyway when they play. I've been known to fletch while listening to the Bee Gees. Any of you youngins ever hear of them? Oh, and "Mexican Moustache" offends me as a moustached person who has mexican friends :) lpinkus

Winged players sounds a bit silly to me, sorry. It also seems quite familiar to that grand ol' topic: Horses! And everyone knows to not beat a dead horse. I know that wasn't directed at me specifically, but if someone accuses me again of wanting a rare but not being able to afford it, I think I'll lose it. If I had any rares, trust me, I'd alch those turkeys faster than you can say Ceril Carnillean. lpinkus So you could get 1gp for a party hat? :? Of course it's the 1 gp I want! I loooove to accrue capital 1 gp at a time, it makes the game more fun. The "eliminating a rare from Runescape forever" is just a curious little side effect :) lpinkus

Good point, but level 95s and above would still do it if the xp was high enough, say 500 or so. I don't think JAGeX would do it anyways, I guess I'm just playing devil's advocate :) lpinkus

Good call. I'm P2P, and I think JAGeX has this situation handled perfectly. Backpack space and bank space are perfect as is. P2P vs F2P makes Runescape interesting, whether you're talking about PKing or skills. I see many F2Ps whose skills are much better than mine, and I'm both impressed by them and inspired to better use the tools available to me as a member. Congrats to F2Ps who don't whine :) lpinkus
