It seems like bots like to go to places where the moneymaking or exp is bad. Downright BAD. I mean seriously? Botting the mining guild? It's not even worthwhile for money anymore, and the xp/hr isn't even HALF of iron...

I'm kinda curious - does armor really help you out all that much in terms of defense? It definitely doesn't in free play, that's for sure, but from what I'm hearing even primal has little effect in members as well. Even if it does it would still be pretty clunky due to the heavy weight of armor. It just makes more sense to use your binds offensively (gaunts/boots, ranged armor) and only use defensive binds on something that would actually defend you (SSH). Anyways, I'm free play which means no extra bind slot. I would love to have an extra ammo slot though, I want arrows and blastbox at the same time.

Is that the same guy as before?

Pro floor times :o good luck with a sub-15 minute floor. Has it been done before? Oh and the prestige thing seems interesting too. I gotta try that prestige trick on higher floors thing one day, from those pics it seems like doing a high floor to tick off low floors is more xp than simply doing the low floors.

It sure is, which is why I'm doing it the "free" way. I'm super glad Jagex decided to give us back the bone yard, probably one of the few greatest things Jagex have ever done in addition to dungeoneering, free trade, pking wildy, and a no-censor chat. :thumbup: Thanks! I tend to go for a variety in most things so I won't get bored real fast. Heh heh, I went 100% f2p because I don't really have enough time to devote myself to playing membership all the time. Goals certainly are harder to achieve in free play, but hey, everyone likes a self-imposed challenge huh? ;)

I do not want the BH system back, that's for sure. What I DO want though, is worlds where you can PK anywhere, anyplace. Implement that with the current wildy system and that can make for some hectic times. :thumbsup:

The boneyard is located where the clan wars lobby used to be (level 20 wild, multicombat). Also, pkers? Go on a world with very low pop. I've buried bones there for an hour and saw NOBODY - not even on the way to the boneyard. The only real danger is level 25 skeletons, and since it's multi, you may need to be a bit dodgy. However after 10 minutes or so this place is literally a safe haven. On a low pop world the bones should be able to spawn just fast enough to reappear once you've collected the 4 big bone spawns, and once you bury a full inventory the bones should reappear again. Seriously, the "no pkers" bit bored me to the point which I wished there WAS somebody there. Hardly anyone goes to the wildy on most worlds nowadays.

I don't know whether or not it's worthwhile in f2p, but judging by the rates, short-finned eel should be half of that of cave morays, so it's around 50k-55k xp/hr, assuming the estimate is true. Seems great considering fishing maxes out at like what, 30k-40k xp/hr?

Nope the minimum limit is higher than that. I've tried that with me and my friend once, and after 5 minutes the game STILL wouldn't start. Minimum is 18 people iirc.

Being invisible, I could care less really. I would just run. If he was OUTSIDE the level range (within 49-50 levels) of that person though... damn, I would really rage. But I still would run.

Well, you don't get any cash back in return, so you pretty much HAVE to listen to Suak to get the most out of it. Also, bone yard rocks. Just sayin'.

Boneyarding is zetta boss. No pkers there = even better.

Pretty sure smithing one item takes way longer than 4 ticks at a time. Also it is pretty much mandatory to listen to Suak because you get 10% more exp (+1% more if you buy the 20% respect thing). I also found out a way to train crafting for "free". It involves dungeoneering and totally clearing out the dungeon (against my rushing rule lol). Gather all the coins from monsters, sell items if you really want to, and use all the money to craft as many protoleather bodies as you can. It's actually pretty neat, I gain ~3k-4k crafting xp per small dungeon (frozen) from all that cash. Since I don't exclusively skill either, a frozen small only takes 20 minutes, no longer than that. Sure it's slow but at least it isn't annoying :thumbup:

I don't alch. Real men superheat ;) Now I'm doing more dung, melee combat, prayer, and crafting combined. Sure, they don't give me the best times (20 minutes for a frozen small LOL) but that's what spending time crafting protoleather bodies can do. Anyways...

A trio of levels gained today, including another 70 stat! Didn't feel like ranging anymore, so I'm off to skilling again.

Highly disagree. Most of the rewards and the resource dungeons are enough to nullify your point. I don't really want the next skill to be f2p however... I don't want burden over burden of more skill training when I have enough to do already.

You still need to switch items like every 6-7 items made, if you really want to maximize exp. I really love this update though, a skill that is a pain to train is now open to anyone basically.

Ranging lessers. Slings fail against them so I'm bow and arrowing them. Also brought a crapton of accursed urns to help with prayer.

I'm starting to use some urns to help me level quicker. Here's a quick level:

Kind of late, but is making urns a good and cheap way to level up crafting? I don't really want to make gold amulets anymore... just thought if this was a good alternative. If so, where is the best place to do so? Draynor?

Though, I come from a community where things like this go on just about every day. <_< I can live with [cabbage]ty whiners, because they try so hard but still don't affect anyone, which is sometimes pretty funny tbh.
